I had booked her services and also took a trial makeup session. During the trial, she and her staff were cooperative and polite. Unfortunately, due to a personal tragedy—the loss of my father—I had to cancel. When my cousin contacted her regarding the refund, the response was extremely disappointing. The communication was rude, calls were ignored, and there was a complete lack of empathy during a very difficult time. Professionalism is not just about skills but also about basic humanity and respectful communication, which was missing in this situation. Additionally, I would like to mention that the trial makeup was not done using branded products, despite claims of a “free trial,” as the products used appeared to be local. Based on my experience, I would advise others to think carefully before booking and to explore other makeup artists who offer both quality service and compassionate professionalism.
