Worst experience ever. Their expensive outfit fabrics will FADE overtime. Their dyeing quality is pathetic. And when you reach out to them politely to resolve it she’ll cut your calls. Buy from them only if you wish to waste your money. She’ll reply back saying sorry she can’t do anything as it’s never happened before. But I have proof from another friend that the same thing happened to her bridal outfit infact. The designer has no responsibility towards that sentiment either! If you wish to pass down your pieces as heirloom outfits to your daughter, be sure that this wont last even a year.
