Extremely Unprofessional, Disappointing Experience. We had a very bad experience with NP Captures (Jaipur) Owned by Mr. Naman Porwal. The overall quality, professionalism, and service are far below expectations, especially for something as important as wedding photography. The quality of photos and videos is poor. The few photos we received have bad color correction and look unfinished. Many important moments are completely missing. Even worse, the photographer lost data for important groom-side and morning functions, which is absolutely unacceptable for a professional wedding photographer. Delivery timelines were completely ignored. Everything was promised within a fixed time, but 11 months have passed and we are still waiting for our albums, edited photos, and my refund. There is no accountability or clear response. The professional behavior is extremely poor. Till now Calls are not answered, messages are ignored, and proper communication is missing. You are left continuously following up even after paying the full amount. The mental torture is still going on, as we keep waiting without any resolution. It also appears that they hire third parties to do the actual work, with no quality control or responsibility taken by NP Captures. Wedding photos and videos are lifelong memories. Due to their negligence, delays, lost data, poor communication, and lack of professionalism, our experience has been stressful and disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before hiring NP Captures. Based on our experience, they are not reliable, not professional, and not worth the money or risk
