I recently ordered the vegetarian sadhya from Nandagiri Foods, and it was an absolute delight! Every element of the meal was prepared with care, authenticity, and incredible attention to detail. From the perfectly spiced sambar and tangy rasam to the rich avial and crispy banana chips, each dish captured the essence of traditional Kerala cuisine. The portions were generous, the flavors were spot on, and everything arrived fresh and beautifully packed. Special mention to the payasam—it was heavenly and the perfect sweet ending to a wholesome feast.
