IT'S BEEN NINE MONTHS AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ALBUM. ZERO WORK ETHIC, FALSE PROMISES, IRRESPONSIBLE, ARROGANT ATTITUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, MANIPULATIVE, UNRESPONSIVE, DISRESPECTFUL, DELIBERATE DELAYS, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING, WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. These are the few words to describe these guys. I don't want anyone else to be misled by this lady's (Anusha) lies and excuses. She truly deserves a negative rating. We are still waiting for the album and it's been 9 months now. Her arrogance and sheer negligence compelled me to write this review. There's absolutely no work ethic, no sense of commitment, and zero transparency — just repeated lies, over and over again. I have call recordings where she spoke very arrogantly, along with screenshots of our conversations. Our children's dhoti function was held last year in September 2024. We had agreed on ₹75,000, and paid ₹68,000 on the day of the event itself — that was back in September last year. A month later, we asked for our album and edited videos. She told us it was festival season and she was busy with other shoots, so we patiently waited for another two months. In between, we also called to check the status, and she said they were almost done(Which is a complete LIE). In these six months, after a few hundred phone calls and messages, an edited video was given. Our lunch wasn’t even included in the edited video—turns out, they completely forgot to record it on the event day. what a low quality edited video it is… a beginner in photoshop can get far better output… She gave something and shook her hands.. while giving one arrogant statement ‘you are not the only one we have other clients too we are busy with shoots” and this statement is after we patiently waited for 6 months… Then one fine day—sometime in April, I think—she suddenly said that from now on, her husband Siddarth would be responsible for the album. And that’s when we lost another three months. During this time, it was all lies and excuses from both of them. They ignored calls, didn’t respond to messages, and made no effort to call back. They kept saying the lies, "We’re working on it, we’ll give it soon," but even after three more months, we still haven’t received anything. After 8 months, Anusha once again made an arrogant statement: "Do whatever you want, we’re not giving you the album." She often speaks in a rude and irrational way, then later sends a "Sorry" message after realizing her mistakes. This pattern of behavior is highly manipulative, and she has acted this way multiple times in our past conversations. I’ve kept screenshots of the chats as evidence. Finally, Siddarth said it’s not his responsibility and that we could file a police or court case against Anusha if we wanted. So as per her husband suggestion we are filing a police case now. My sincere advice for all those who still want to go with this studio 1) Think twice before making full payment in advance. 2) Take invoice for the payments (we have not been given invoice till now) 3) Ask her for a specific date and time for delivery, I am sure she never commits to a date.. She always avoids it with vague responses like “will update you,” “ASAP,” or “will check.” 4) In messages, she uses respectful words like “gaaru” and “andi,” but once you uncover her repeated lies.. you will see her true behavior in the calls.. so be prepared for this situation. 5) Stay in touch with the police or lawyer you know. May be necessary.

A genuine review of "NATURALVIEW PHOTOGRAPHY" - 1. The photos clicked for an engagement ceremony were good. 2. They don't keep up to their commitment after taking the money, unless you really force them to. 3. They committed us to deliver 10 EDITED pictures as a part of the contract and package, but never did. 4.We have been following up with the owners for the past 3 weeks, whereas the commited was to deliver the same in a week. 5. And now, after 3 weeks of regular follow ups, they are saying that "WE WERE DOING THIS AS A PART OF GOODWILL, AND NOT A PART OF CONTRACT". We have ample amount of proofs that this was discussed on day one, as a part of the contract. 6. The work as small as uploading the pictures to cloud, was not completed on time. It was commited to be done the very next day and we had to visit their studio just to get the soft copies that too after multiple calls and follow-ups. Everytime, they come with the same excuse, that " I AM NOT KEEPING WELL". Initially they claimed to have 40 members in their team which doesn't look to be the case certainly because the task as small as these could've been completed by anybody on the team when there was already enough delay in the delivery. PAYING THEM 100% BEFORE THE FINAL DELIVERY WAS A BIG MISTAKE FROM OUR SIDE. NOW WE ARE REGRETTING BECAUSE THERE ARE NO EDITED PICTURES DELIVERED.

The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. They have remarkable talent for capturing the perfect moments, and their creativity truly shines through in their work. The photographs exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality, composition, and the way they managed to capture the essence of the occasion were simply outstanding. Moreover, the team was incredibly accommodating and patient, ensuring that we felt comfortable and at ease throughout the shoot. They went above and beyond to understand our vision and brought it to life with such elegance and artistry.
