DO NOT BUY! I cannot recommend this company, especially if you’re ordering internationally. Ordered twice. My first order, I ordered a "Hera" heel size 38, arrived incomplete. The shoes I purchased were supposed to come with two sets of straps, but only one set was included. Customer service said they would not send the missing straps unless I placed a new order. My second experience was significantly worse. I ordered two pairs of sandal heels ("Moonbeam" and "Her Grace"), in size 38 again since the previously ordered one fit. I ordered according to Needledust’s own sizing chart, which clearly states that a size 38 fits a 24.5 cm foot. My foot measures exactly 24.5 cm. To make matters even more frustrating, I already own another pair of Needledust heels in size 38 that fit perfectly. The two new heels arrived approximately a full size too small and were completely unwearable, they look more like a size 6 which obviously means I can't wear them. I contacted customer service immediately, explained that the shoes were purchased for an upcoming event, provided multiple photos, measurements, comparisons with my previous Needledust shoes, and screenshots of their own sizing chart. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted them to acknowledge that either the sizing chart was inaccurate or the shoes had been mislabeled and to help me. Instead, I was met with some of the most dismissive customer service I’ve experienced. Responses took days, consisted of one or two short sentences, and completely ignored every point I raised. Their only explanation, repeated multiple times, was: “These are two different heel styles, which is why the fit feels different.” That is not an acceptable answer. A different style may feel slightly different, but it does not change the length of someone’s foot. If your website states that a 24.5 cm foot should order a size 38, then a customer who measures 24.5 cm should reasonably expect that size to fit. Otherwise, what is the purpose of publishing a sizing chart at all? If your sizing varies significantly between styles, that information needs to be clearly disclosed on each product page. Telling customers after they’ve already spent hundreds of dollars that “it’s a different style” is not a solution. This is especially a nightmare if you're ordering internationally. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of accountability. Despite providing clear evidence and repeatedly asking them to investigate the discrepancy, they simply ended the conversation by saying they were “unable to assist further.” There was no effort to investigate, no willingness to acknowledge that their published sizing information is incorrect, and no attempt to provide a reasonable resolution. For international customers, this is a huge problem. You are expected to rely entirely on the information provided on the website because you cannot try the shoes on before purchasing. If the sizing information isn’t reliable and customer service refuses to stand behind it, then ordering from this company becomes a very expensive risk. Customers can’t trust the sizing information or expect any meaningful support when something goes wrong. This experience was too stressful to be worth it. I gave Needledust a second chance after my first order had issues. I won’t be giving them a third. Don't waste your money.

Do not trust Needledust with your big day. I recommended this brand to friends, and now I am completely embarrassed. I ordered wedding Juttis that arrived dirty, used, and with missing mirror work. When I complained, their support team (Care Needledust) gave me a generic "we checked it thoroughly" response and lied, claiming their shoes don't come with tags to explain away why mine looked like a return. I had to send them photos of my own previous order to prove that they do, in fact, use tags. It is stressful enough planning a wedding without a brand gaslighting you about a defective product. Save yourself the headache and buy from a brand that respects its customers.

I'm obsessed with Needledust juttis! They are unique, ultra stylish, durable (I do have a thin sole added by a professional shoemaker to make them more durable and less slippery), and whenever I wear them they get commented on. I take good care of them and they last for years! One thing: I take the right jutti offwhen driving! The heel doesn't like it.

So good products as me and my fiancee ordered these juttis for our wedding ceremonies, they made us so comfortable in those days.

Very worst experience. The juttis are not at all comfortable. I bought the multicoloured juttis from their Chandigarh store. Every-time I wear them my feet pains so bad. The quality is very bad. If you are looking to use jutti for regular wear then it’s a big no

most uncomfortable to wear, WASTE OF TIME & MONEY with WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!DON'T BUY One of my friends recommended Needledust to me while I was visiting India during the festive season. I got absorbed in the hype and placed an order online for 3 pairs of juttis with the heel shields (PINK Parfait, Mayfair & Pharaoh) costing me a total of 11,100 rupees on 8th Nov 2019. Juttis arrived on 13th Nov, 2019 and I was disappointed as the size (39) was not true to the chart size mentioned online. I wrote an email and was suggested by one of the Needledust associates to go for size 41. Needledust does not have a pickup service nor do they have a store in Mumbai so they asked me to return them by 23rd November at my cost. I wanted to return instead of exchanging it as I did not like customer support but they denied it and mentioned that they don't return/refund even if the package is never opened. I was left with no choice but to incur the charges as I couriered all three juttis back to Delhi on 20th Nov. I was informed that one of those pairs was in production so it will take longer to dispatch. After much stress and frustration, I finally received the juttis and guess what, the size was too big. I still wanted to wear them so I did. The sole of the juttis is extremely dangerous with almost no grip. I almost fell one time and sprained my ankle due to poor quality of the sole. I am extremely frustrated with the time and money I spent on this brand and would highly suggest NOT TO BUY these as they are WASTE OF TIME & MONEY with very poor customer service. I have received similar reviews from others.

Absolutely the worst experience!! Ordered a pair of jutti and paid extra for a gota box which as per their advertisement comes with a gold silver potli and playing cards. Paid Rs 2990 for that. The total order was Rs 12,380. Now, needledust is constantly advertising that any order above Rs 5000 will receive 1 colourful potli on top on other things they order and anything above Rs 10000 will receive 2 colourful potlis and so on. Then further to all this, they have also advertised that they will pack all orders till Diwali come packed in a pink silk sleeve. This company is good at fooling overseas customers- BEAWARE OF THEM! I DID NOT RECEIVE 1 potli, pink sleeve and playing cards. As soon as I complained, they put up a story saying there are custom restrictions for sending the cards. Then their WhatsApp team gives me absolutely ridiculous solutions such as putting aside the candy potli and pink sleeve aside for 1 month to redeem with another order. Then they tell me they will send the missing items to some non existent friends or family in India. Last, they offer me 20% off my next order. Why the bloody hell will I ever order anything from you again if you cannot even ship my missing items for free to me since it’s not my fault that you missed these items in the first place. This company is sooo difficult to deal with and they are absolutely unprofessional. I’ve never given such a bad review to anyone ever- but, Needledust you are the worst company!

I hired them for designer juttis for my mehendi and sangeet. I bought Amber parakeet and roseate for myself, and both pairs were a great find! their juttis are inspired by celebrities, and a must-have for ethnic occasions. their packaging was adorable, with customised boxes, heel aids, and beautiful covers. would definitely go back to purchase more of their items!

Got myself two juttis from Needledust. They have such an amazing collection. Got one in the sky blue color to pair up with my bright yellow mehendi lehenga and the other one was a silver jutti to pair up with my green legenga for the sangeet night and I loved both the pairs totally!!
