My sister in law got her makeup done on 18.02.2025 for her marriage.Intial look was good.But after 2 hours makeup started turning grey and patches were clearly visible. The blunder mistake she has done apart from poor make up is that SHE pasted the borla with very heavy glue on her head.Next day when she tried to remove the borla, it was not getting removed .We tried to even remove with warm water but still it was not getting removed. Lastly she had to GET HER HAIR SHAVED FROM FRONT and now she has big bald patch on her head in the partition area. When we went for borla removal to a nearby salon they told us that the borla sticked to skin might would have caused infection if remained stick to skin for anymore time. They are totally unprofessional and don’t know what chemicals and products to use and in what quantity.She ‘NEHA KANSAL MAKEOVER KURUKSHETRA’ spoiled her wedding day as well as other days when guests are coming home to see new bride.She has spoiled her day for which every bride waits for once in life. Even the bride didn’t bargain for single penny because she didn’t want to compromise with quality of makeup product.. Now even if she is apologising it doesn’t make sense because the damage she has done emotionally is irreparable. She even does not deserve 0.5 .Rating must be in minus
