I have always had high respect designers and their work, however, if you don’t want to be insulted and publicly humiliated then I would urge everyone to NOT step foot in their Mumbai store, or in any of their stores for that matter. I had gone to their Mumbai store to view lehengas for my wedding. While browsing, I was on an important call precisely for EIGHT MINUTES with my father (screenshot of the same is saved which they can even cross check with their security team), and by the end of those 8mins, the apparent store “owner”, Miss Punita, asked me to leave the store to finish my call. To note, there was no one in the store that I was disturbing, neither was I loud or nor had I kept Punita or any of the staff members waiting on me. When I asked her what was the issue, her exact words to me were “I don’t want people to come into MY store and yap away on their phones”. I failed to understand how an 8-minute call bothered her so much. To end the conversation and my visit, Punita’s words to me were “GET LOST FROM MY STORE.” A luxury brand management enthusiast myself, Having travelled around the world and shopped from the best of best brands in the world, such an experience from a well reputed brand was highly unexpected, unbelievable AND DISTURBING. Despite a horrendous situation in their store, I did not want to publicly humiliate the brand. Hence, I contacted the brand and was connected with Mr. Mahipal, their head from Jaipur directly. I asked him to check their CCTVs too to confirm the matter. Having explained the situation, he agreed with me that such an experience was extremely disrespectful, would never be repeated and that him and Nidhi Ma’am will personally look into the situation and assured me of an apology from Punita herself. And yet, 5 days after, I still haven’t heard back from either Nidhi Ma’am or Punita, which proved that no interest is being taken in this matter. Thus I’ve taken this action to publicly share this review so that tomorrow no other customer gets insulted and humiliated the way I was in their store. It is upsetting that a brand so renowned takes this long to preserve the respect of its customers. Makes me wonder if they’re even truly a brand here for their customers or are they simply in the business for money.

I bought some of my wedding outfits from here. They have an amazing collection and to top it off they also do customisation which is superb. Their customer services are beyond good and they make sure you leave the store happy and content. Loved the designs and I was very happy with my outfit as well. Recommended.

The Mehendi was my most favourite function, I always wanted it to be a day function with an English pastel theme. My Nidhi Tholia outfit with the flower jewellery went well with the whole theme.

However, at that time her bridal collection had not hit the racks in Ogaan. It was an instant decision to drive down to Jaipur the next morning for a day and visit Nidhi’s store to decide and place an order for my Wedding lehenga.</span></p>
