I had a terrible experience with Nightlight Events. The decor was a complete disappointment — they promised a lot during discussions but delivered almost nothing on the actual day. Their team arrived late, and most of the decor elements we had finalized were missing or poorly executed. The service was painfully slow, and it felt like they weren’t paying attention to any of our needs. Everything seemed careless and rushed, as if our event wasn’t a priority for them. To make matters worse, their prices were far too high for the kind of poor service and execution we received. Overall, it was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend Nightlight Events to anyone looking for reliable decor or event management.
