I wish I could share a positive experience, but my time with Glaamour Studios as our wedding photographer was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Initially, everything seemed promising: they assured us that our photos would be delivered within two months, which was a reasonable timeframe for such an important occasion. However, that promise quickly turned into a year-long ordeal. Throughout this time, communication was a significant issue. I made numerous attempts to reach them—calls and messages went unanswered. As someone who doesn’t live in the city, it was especially challenging for me; each visit meant I had to carve out extra time just to meet them for any kind of update, only to find out there was none. After about nine months of waiting, I was informed that they had lost the files. This was not just disappointing but incredibly disheartening, considering the memories captured during one of the most significant days of my life. When I raised my concerns with the owner, Nishaat, I found her to be extremely unprofessional. Her inability to communicate effectively and her dismissive attitude, even after acknowledging that the files were lost, shocked me. She claimed it was not her fault, further underscoring the lack of accountability. After relentless pressure on my part, they finally provided me with a video, but it was subpar—looking more like a casual phone recording than the professional work I had hoped for. It felt as if they were scamming people by offering low-quality service with no regard for client satisfaction. Overall, my experience with Glaamour Studios was marred by a lack of professionalism and accountability. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliability and quality in such a crucial aspect of their wedding day. Keep looking; there are better options out there.

Arrogant. Don't know how to do business. Once the wedding function is over, she gets a chip on her shoulder and forgets how to talk to her customers. Horrible quality pictures and videos are so dam pathetic. One could do a better job using am iPhone. And no, I'm not exaggerating.
