I deeply regret to share that my experience with Nitin and Shanaya was rather unsatisfactory. Despite requesting certain tasks, such as including a selection of certain pictures from my wedding albums, they omitted these images in the final deliverables. Moreover, the edits provided did not meet my expectations, even though we had previously discussed my preferences. Unfortunately, they displayed inflexibility in accommodating my requests, and this situation took a toll on my mental well-being, as they made derogatory remarks about me. Communication with them became impossible, and it took one month for my set of pictures to be added to the final deliverable in a suitable manner. By that time, certain changes, like the order of the pictures, could no longer be addressed. Overall, their lack of flexibility and the overall experience left me feeling unjustly treated and deeply dissatisfied.Source

Terrible Experience! All relatives and friends had thr same feedback that the whole prewedding was terrible and not anywhere worth Rs 1 lakh. A local photographer would do way better! Husband-wife duo acts very sweet and diplomatic but don't fall for it. Thank God we did not go with them for our wedding after awful prewedding experience. In the name of creative photography, they did terrible cinematography and photography. They are very egoistic. You can't demand much from them. They either refuse or say that lighting conditions will not be good or ask for money. And even if you are ready to pay them they will put a clause that if photos are not good then not to blame them. They literally created an ugly scene saying lighting is harsh when we asked them to fulfill their commitment of prewedding. So don't go with them just by seeing their websites!

We had hired Nitin Arora to cover all of our wedding functions and they had done a good job. We really liked his work and they also completed it on time like there was no delay in the delivery of our content but there was some miscommunication due to which some problems occured but then it was fine.
