From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. They took care of every single detail — even things we didn’t know we needed — and made the whole process absolutely stress-free. Their team was with us from morning till night, ensuring everything ran smoothly for us, our families, and all our guests. The level of support, professionalism, and warmth they brought truly made our wedding days unforgettable. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work and dedication. A wedding is often immensely stressful. Yet, working with Oh So Desi showed us the stress really does not have to be there. Jyoti and her team served as the absolutely ideal planners to handle our special day. Planning a wedding in Dubai summers, we knew it was going to be challenging. We spoke with multiple wedding planners before we came across Oh So Desi. Once we met with Jyoti, it was clear that she was a cut above other planners - particularly when it came to understanding and balancing the preferences of modern day couples whilst upholding the traditional values of family members. This proved to be consistently true throughout the planning process as Jyoti always kept a finger on the pulse with how we felt as a couple while also ensuring that no family member's opinions are dismissed. This reduced the stress of planning and made the process extremely fun! She also brought significant experience of planning weddings and working with different vendors. Her suggestions on photographers, decor companies, DJ, and food+drink proved to be absolutely on point. The result was visible on the day as the set-up and pictures looked beyond stunning and all the guests had a great time. It truly went above and beyond our expectations. During the events, the Oh So Desi team kept things running like an extremely well-oiled machine. As bride and groom, we were treated like royalty with the team taking care of anything and everything that was relevant for us. From mid-event snacks to a run-through of what we need to do everyday, everything was handled with precision. Looking back, getting Jyoti and Oh So Desi onboard was a pivotal decision that we made the right call on. She kept us on track with decisions even when we got busy with our daily commitments during the planning stage. In the end, we had a wedding we could never even have dreamt of, ensured no traditions were missed, yet made all the events extremely fun for friends and family of all age groups. For anyone planning their wedding, we cannot recommend Oh So Desi and Jyoti enough. Jyoti is the best .I strongly recommend her as we couldn't have expected a better experience planning the wedding As a team too they were so prompt in any help we needed at the venue ,day or night Everything was so well managed on the wedding days n all always on time that all were fascinated.,Anytime we could call and tell her whatever idea cropped up suddenly and she patiently listened to all of us individually as we family members are living in 4 different countries.so managing all the timezones and all our different opinions hahaha I can only imagine. Jyoti was amazing from the start- she truly managed to make sure everything we wanted was done and even managed to add a personal touch to everything she did. She went above and beyond to make sure our vision was brought to life… from late night calls making sure everything had been executed in the correct manner to last minute run arounds at the venue. She managed to get us in touch with some of the best vendors and also helped a lot with contract negotiations. A great wedding planner and truly recommend her to all.

Oh! So Desi Events owned & managed by Jyoti was simply marvellous! She took the stress out of all the events which left me & my husband to simply enjoy the entire affair from start to finish. How many parents of the bride can say that? There wasn't a 5 star venue in town that didn't know her, she helped me choose the venue within a few days... no easy feat in Dubai at peak wedding and tourism seaon. Jyoti understood exactly what I was looking for in all the events and liased with all the meticulously chosen vendors, oversaw their work, managed time lines and made the whole affair one to cherish forever. All the guests guests,domestic and international said it was so well organised and the events flowed beautifully and on time, from the bride guests arrival to the grooms entry, to the brides entry, family performances, dinner and then open dance floor.... I was just left to enjoy the evening and indeed that is exactly what I did. Thank you Jyoti for making it such a memorable and cherishable wedding for us. Having Jyoti from Oh So Desi on board was the best decision we made for the wedding. After speaking to many event planners from around the world, Jyoti was the only one who added that personal touch like a friend from the first call itself. We had less than 3 months to plan the wedding, but Jyoti assured us that this is doable making it a stress-free experience for us. Jyoti was not only available 24/7 via phone but also flexible to discuss wedding details at late hours when my husband and I were free from our work schedule. Jyoti has gone over and above her role as a wedding planner for our special day. She has excellent knowledge, attention to detail, a very endearing approach, and a solution to everything - the full team have become like family to us. All of us, my husband and I, and our families could trust her with our eyes closed for anything during the wedding. As a bride, Jyoti made sure I had the most memorable time during all the madness. I cannot recommend Jyoti and her team enough - they are absolutely amazing!

Jyoti was amazing and super easy to work with! Our wedding planning was stress free once Jyoti was on board. She had everything organized months in advance and when the time came to pick decor, vendors, menu, etc Jyoti already had it covered. For the wedding itself Jyoti’s team was on point. The guests received a warm welcome from her team upon arrival to the venue and the attention to detail for all three events was second to none. We trusted the team to take care of virtually everything and they did a fantastic and professional job, allowing us to relax and enjoy the wedding. Overall we can’t recommend Jyoti and team highly enough! She will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.

We knew we had to have Jyoti onboard after our first meeting with her. Humble, down to earth and absolutely client centric is how we would describe her. Few months into the planning, Jyoti was literally like our extended family member and helped us plan our wedding keeping the most minute details in mind.
