Oak And Gold Studios

We got married Sept 3, 2023. I still have NOT received a single photo or video clip from the 2 days of events that Suzanne and Nathaniel Smith and their additional shooter captured! I paid $8371.32 for their services and hotel rooms. I had hired them because they did an amazing job with my sister's wedding photos and we had a good relationship. In July 2024, Nathaniel told me that his mother in law had cancer and that they would work on my wedding photos/videos soon and even give me some additional things due to the delay. I have tried to call their business phone/email, cell phone, email, personal Instagrams and they have completely ghosted me and other victims. I sent two letters requesting raw images and videos and have not received any response. I reached out to wedding planners in GA and there are other victims out there! They dissolved their Oak and Gold Studios LLC. They have changed their business name several times including: Suzanne Marie Smith Photography, Oak and Gold Studios, and now Golden Oak Imagery.
