The photography team is very professional, the quality of the pictures and videos are quite amazing. The team members have really nice behaviour and they make you feel connected to them . Totally recommended for any kind of shoot.

The photographers arrived on time, were humble and the photo guality was good. The only reason I have give low rating is the terrible service we got after that. The cinematic video was more focussed on the background song that was selected and not the actual party theme. Some of the important parts like cake cutting, guests and their reactions were missing in the first edit. So I had to sit for a couple of hours and note the exact timestamps, that need to be added and pass it on to them. The second edit had some unwanted parts that we wanted to delete, but it was still not perfect. By the third edit we could sense that the manager was getting impatient. We were repeatedly pointed of our mistake that we suggested one background song that we asked to revert, yes I admit it was a mistake, but they conveniently forget all the mistakes they did. The quality of the parts added to the subsequent edits were not good compared to the initial version. Finally, got the video after more than 1.5 months and feeling relieved. If we are paying for cinematic video it should not take this long even with multiple edits. it's a reasonable expectation the we get the final version in 15 days and not 1.5 months!. It's not our problem if your team is busy, out of the country or you are working on any other shoot. Just as you expect payments on time deliver the final product on time (what customer thinks as final not just what you think is final). You should not be saying that you could only do two edits. The goal should be to perfect the video based on customer feedback and not two edits. Just do everything you can to get the video right in the first edit itself and for that the manager or video editor should first check with the customer over phone for 15 mins on what we think should be added to the video. You should appreciate that we took time to give you the exact timestamps, sequence, songs etc that we need, rather than being wary. Looking back, we should not have paid all the amount in advance. We were not important the moment we paid the full amount.
