One Look Photography

I hired Onelook Photography for my wedding photography and videography, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Initially, their service was impressive. The photographers and videographers were skilled, professional, and did a great job during the events. Everything felt well-organized, and I was quite satisfied at the beginning. However, things completely changed after I made the full payment. It has now been over a year, and I am still waiting for a single video deliverable. Despite repeated follow-ups, calls, and messages, there has been no proper response. They neither answer calls nor reply on WhatsApp, leaving me with no clarity or accountability. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially for such an important life event where memories matter the most. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Onelook Photography to anyone. They seem more focused on collecting payments than delivering on their commitments.

I would never like to miss to give reviews like the one as follows... let's go and I really have a long list and it doesn't end .. 1. PROFESSIONALISM -ARUN YOU OWE THE NAME OF IT. 2. AWESOME CLICKS - EACH AND EVERY CLICK WAS TAKEN AS A MOST CHERISHABLE MOMEMTS 3. NEVER COMPLAINS- THEY ARE VERY FLEXIBLE ON TIMINGS.Our event was started very late and ended up midnight... My journey with one look photography started with my sister's wedding in 2016 and it continued till my marriage in 2018.Its been 2 yrs and I hope it continues for a long time arun.One look photography is the best I have ever seen in photography,editing and even money wise also.
