Please don’t book from them. Very bad behaviour. Donot provide proper videos, photos and album at right time. Just take money and keep doing delays.

Please donot book from these photographers. I booked them for my wedding 2 years ago still they have not provided album and proper videos. Now they are not answering calls after taking all money.

Hi everyone, Introduction: After almost two years of dealing with OneTakePhoto, I'm finally sharing my story - a cautionary tale for anyone considering them for their wedding photography. They promised the world but delivered nothing but frustration and disappointment. I contacted Rajat and Mohil, the owners of OnetakePhoto, in February or March 2022 after seeing their work on Instagram. I'm from Bokaro and met them in Ranchi at their relative's house. When I asked about their office, they said they had but they called me in relative house, which raised my first red flag. They explained their packages and prices, and I ended up booking them for pre-wedding, wedding, and reception photography and videography for Rs. 1,05,000. This included pre-wedding shoots, photos and video for all ceremonies, reels for uploading on Instagram, and edited photos and videos. Now let's start with the Pre-Wedding: Since like all I was very excited to do a pre-wedding shoot. So I gave him the story that I wanted. I have also asked him please pitch in if you have something. They suggested different outfits and even referred my wife-to-be to a boutique that rents dresses. So on the day of pre-weeding. They said to come to Pataratu everything will be ready. Now when I went there nothing was ready. They came late and then they wasted our 1-2 hours in preparation. after Pataratu Lake side done they said that they had a waterfall nearby so we went there which was 7-12 km. And when we reached there there was no water in the fall. Now I have become a little angry since they are into photography and considering Rajat lived in the area and They are not aware of the location itself. They wasted time, petrol and our mood. Someone from his team said there was one random location we could go there. So we went. So You can see even though I have paid the initial charge they are not clear on the location or story. So whatever comes to their mind they are doing. so we are just doing random shoots in random locations. Because of this, we have to do a boat shoot in the evening and we have to do it very fast since it is already evening and there will be no light after that. So our photo doesn't come as good as we expected. So This way day one ends. with me giving 20k and 5k was initially done while booking so total is 25k till 2nd April,2022 now on day 2. They have suggested Jagnaath temple where you can shoot temple we said ok. Now We reached there and they were late again. after we wrapped up we said we would do puja for 15 min and tell me the next location. They said to come to Kaake Dam. I said ok and they went. After 15 min I left the temple and informed Rajat that we had left and we were coming to Kaake Dam. Now we took lots of time since we are new and we are not able to find the Kaake dam. We lost for 1 hour. We are constantly asking for the correct location if the team has already reached it. but they didn't arrive even though we were new and lost for 1 hour. They didn't reach the location earlier than us and while they were going from the temple they said they were going to Kaake Dam and they would already be present. Now here also they are late. Till my mind has been pissed off of their recurring late habit, not sure on location, not sure on what to do. After that, they do a bonfire act which they have not prepared well. they took a glass and randomly put the candle in it. Then my wife also thought it was our special moment they were not caring so she arranged the candle in the right manner. this is on 3rd April,2022 So in short they are careless, latecomers, not caring about what is special for others, not attentive So Now comes the deliverable part. I have to ping him every day to give me counting photographs where we have counting days left to marriage. Every day I feel irritated that I have to call and sometimes they just don't pick up the call either. Even if they picked up the call they said that please send the money as we had earlier instances where the customer didn't get money. I assured them first do the work na you will get your money. So on the 8th, I was again given 10k so it became 35k. So Even if they don't believe in me I have given 35k without any deliverable. now they have to give me information also so what they did was they have just copied the template from Canva and given it to me. At that time I am not familiar with Canva. if you want I can share the proof. Now the Wedding ceremony started: on 15th, April they come to Bokaro. I have booked a nice place for them away from my home ie 500m. They came and I showed them to location of my place where all the photography will happen in Bokaro. Now they said that please give money. I said first do some work na why you are worrying about that. They have started capturing photos. In the afternoon they went to their booked place. I said that when we call just come. When we called them since we have some ritual in our home it was found out that they had gone to explore the city and they were caught by police for driving-related issues. Now I have rituals and photographers are caught by police so they are not at all serious about someone's special day. I went to that police place and talked to them now in the evening we have Haldi. Due to all this, all rituals got delayed so Haldi was delayed. I have asked him to capture the photo but they are carelessly doing the thing. At 11 PM my haldi was done but dance was going on. When I asked them to capture the photo. They said the battery was down. I said you haven't captured many photos even though your battery is discharged and why don't have extra chargers? Then they said they were not labourers. SO no moments were captured at that point. On the 16th, April my day of marriage, we asked them to come to capture the photograph of the ritual they came late. In the afternoon they went back. I said in the evening we will start for the marriage venue. Please come early. Now when we called to come since we are going to the venue. They said they are coming. Now even after 1 hour, they didn't show up. Our precious moment is not captured of exiting from our house. They directly reached near venue. Now when I am going to mandap they again ask for money. Then I said ok I will give it. So due to a network issue, it doesn't go. Their bank was the culprit since it was not accepting the payment. So I said don't worry I will be done. then during marriage, they started taking photos. Now they haven't captured anything related to taking my wife from venue to home and some ritual previous to that. There is not a single photo. I don't know what they are doing in between. I have already talked to him regarding doing a photoshoot when my wife enters my house. Even though they charged me extra 5000 Rs they didn't show up on time. They came after I entered the house. And when he came he asked for money again. I was furious till this time that they don't do the job correctly, not on time what they just want is money. So I have given 55k. So till now, I have given 90K. Now most ugly part: I called after 15 days to find the status of my photo. They said, "I will take one month". I have again called then they said they would take some more time. I said give me at least some photos to check. Then they gave me some photos. I have then found many of the photos are missing. So I informed them, and they said it would take time to collect all of those. So I said ok. so by this time, 4 months went off with some photos missing and the photo they sent is not of good quality. Then I selected photos and asked him to give me the missing photo. but he hasn't given me even after 5 months. I have asked about the status of the video they said they are working on it. I said to share me sample to upload as reels. They said they will share. but they never shared even after 6 months. Now I have decided to talk to him so that he can give me at least my photos and video copy so that I have something by giving 90k. So I have taken whatever is available. It has a missing photo or missing video. Or maybe they have deleted or they haven't captured it. in 7 to 8 months they didn't call me a single time. They are not worried about deliverables. From the start, they have been worried about me that I will not give money but what I have got from them even paying a huge 90k. So after 1 year what I have is a bad-quality photograph, unedited and no marriage video. When I last called about what is the status of my photo and video. Rajat said I have given you photos and video and deleted all the video and photos. Since he has given me an original copy. So in 1.5 years what I have got in 90k is the bad quality photo, not a single deliverable. I have all the proof. If you want peace of mind just don't book. else you may face these things Conclusion: OneTakePhoto failed to deliver on every promise. Their unprofessionalism, delays, and incomplete work resulted in a disastrous experience. Don't risk your special day and peace of mind – choose another photographer!

Very pathetic, just commitments Its been 6 months still awaiting photos and videos from them. Lame excuses Average photography Hard to reach I will not suggest , i am done chasing them. Have been asking for refund since last 2 months

Still have not got all the photo from these guys. I booked them for my wedding in November of 2021. Extremely pathetic response from them. I am awaiting to still make a contact with them and if they prolong for more, i will have to take legal route to bring their actions to light. Extremely pathetic!

Excellent work by the team, Great photography skills. Very profession and good team bonding.They try their best to make clients comfortable while shooting. Good work onetakephotos...keep it up
