I had placed an order for the new beginnings frame atleast 10 days prior to valentine's day it's been a month now the product ins not delivered , on the shipping address the mobile no. Was wrong , that was a mistake on my part ...but they claim that we called and delivered the parcel on the address ..but nobody came to deliver. They also claim fastest delivery ...all they do is mail that someone will shortly speak to you regards happiness crew , the point is there are not bothered about your happiness. This is the third time i am purchasing from them, the last two times i did not have an issue , but sadly this time worst experience. They don't want to hear your part all they have to say is we have done it .. regards happiness crew.

My husband ordered a surprise gift from this site and honestly speaking I hated it.. Total waste of the hard earned money.. Shit product, that will cost you rs 200-300 max if you buy it from market. Just stop fooling people... 1200 rs for a 10 grms cake mix powder few papers and a little card with 10 rs mirror??? Wish I could return it and get my money back.... 🤬

Very poor quality when compared to price charged.The tracking on website is not very clear.The box in which I got the surprise hamper was of very poor quality.Don’t get flattered by their videos and marketing. Sharing this review with all, so that people like me can think twice before wasting their hard earned money with this fraud company. My wife ordered(order no.#770276)on our anniversary photo frame with a set of 5photos for which they charged us Rs999 and you will be surprised to know what we get..the material what we got is worth ₹200 only, not more than that. A thin wooden photo stand which you will get for around Rs50 in the market and five photos which were badly pasted on a white thick sheet and that was all. The sheet was very badly cut with no border finish and symmetry and photos were just 10cm in length, anyone can better paste such photos, much better then these Oyehappy guys. Moreover the photos print was of worst quality, we gave them dslr photos and they printed them with some cheap printer, even they miss printed the quotations also on the photos. So all my friends do keep in my mind my review before you order, Oyehappy will loot your money with all emotional msgs on their website. Would suggest its better to donate the amount to poor people rather giving it to these guy's whose moto is to loot your hard earned money

received her birthday gift yesterday - Order Number 470573. Now the doubts about this whole naming the star thing.. Look at attached picture in posted picture on your website... And see the picture what we received as our names star..... Ironically both images are same JUST THE NAME ARE CHANGED from the pic in your website to the one I received .. So is it that same certificates and images is edited to every one requesting this gift ? Another thing, Birthday girl is LEBRA and husband is CAPRICORN. WHY STARTS ARE SELECTED IN VIRGO CONSTIPATION ????? Is it because same certificate and image is edited and sent to every one asking for this gift.

The customer service of Oye Happy is the worst, there is no accountability on their end. I was supposed to get my order within the time frame and I also splurged extra for the same and then the executive tells me that she doesn't remember the conversation that took place and that my order would arrive later. THE WORST.

I had selected their experiences option "Wine and Conversations" which is at SO the SKY. One of the worst decisions i have taken in my life. Please Find the Below Reasons. Cons: When you place an order, the options are anytime as per your preference. Post you make the order, the vendor would give you a surprise saying the availability can be only between 7pm - 9pm. Oye happy would be of no help here. For the above situation, Oye Happy doesn't take any ownership & you just need to keep on chasing them. As per description of the product, surprises would come in intervals. Instead the restaurant folks just dumped the entire box same time in the same situation they received from Oye Happy. Irony is, as per their claim, they have no info that gifts are supposed to be given in intervals OR in a decent manner. Just dump whatever comes. Here comes my worst experience. One of the boxes, specifically which has a small bottle & some chocolates. The moment we open it, tons of COCKROACHES comes out. YES OYE HAPPY it had COCKROACHES !!!!! Pros: The food, view was good & staff was helpful. I strongly recommend everyone to go for the restaurant, however not through OYE HAPPY. You never know, next time you might have a visit of some other insects to make sure you get a pathetic experience.

Too Bad...! Pathetic response and care for customer and business both. I was trying to book Record your song experience and I was stuck in your web site with Payment page issues. I called your number to let you guys know that your PROD site has many issues and actually sends a customer, who is at the last step of payment, to a dead end. this lady who called me to help, was the most Rude and Unprofessional lady I ever spoke. She asked me to send a bank transfer, which I politely denied as I cant 100% trust you now, when your payment page is not working. She started saying we get many customer and if 1 customer cant pay then we can't do any thing, and started saying I am shouting on her...! pure lie...! I don't know what you and your Org is up to and in a services business, first thing you should know is behave and respect customers.

The customer care sucks! After doing payment I was the only one who was trying to co-ordinate with them but they didn't care. They claim to reply to all the mails they get within 4 hours but I didn't any reply from them even after 2 days inspite of send many mails and the surprise being on the very next day. I have ordered gifts from oye happy before and I was very satisfied however this time I ordered a gift worth rs 980 and had 3 boxes.. one had ear rings and others with a teddy and a puzzle.. The picture shown of ear rings was very beautiful however the one which were sent was very cheap quality..you can easily get those in cp for 100rs.. I don't know for what I paid such huge amount... I purchased a cake which says sugar, love and words with bottle message. And the message paper won't easily come out and you gotta break the bottle to receive the message. I asked them to write Happy birthday with name of the person and also asked to customize with football theme and I was ready to pay extra. The team thrice assured me of the foot ball theme over phone to make sure I've even dropped email still they assured me of the theme. They only sent with a message "Happy Birthday" with no theme and the cake was so small that the person beside me couldn't see the cake in the box and thought it was empty box. The message bottle is very small.

It was my grandfather's 75th birthday and I wanted to do something out of the box for him. He hates the idea of gifts so I was so confused about what to do! I called Oye Happy and explained my situation to them, so they gave me a variety of experiences to choose from. Finally on "the" day, a team of 2 came over to set up a post box at the party, and all his close friends and family could write a message on a postcard and put it in the postbox! It was so much fun and so touching to see the way he reacted to all the messages. It was one of the best things ever!
