I recently invested a large amount in gold with PMJ. Due to sudden changes in gold prices, I requested the team to refund my amount. They initially agreed and, for the past week, have been assuring me that the refund was being processed and that I would receive it “today or tomorrow.” However, when I contacted the team today, they suddenly informed me that a refund is not possible and that I must purchase gold for the locked amount instead. I feel completely misled, as I have been receiving false assurances for an entire week. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Additionally, I have not yet received any bond or confirmation document from the team for my investment, which adds to my concern. When I spoke with the scheme department earlier, they confirmed that a refund was possible — but now they have gone back on their word. When I asked the team, they said, “Oh ma’am, this is your amount, you can take it if you want customer satisfaction is important to us.” They said many things, but finally today, they told me it’s not possible to get the refund amount. Don’t trust PMJ, they give all false information. I am very disappointed with the way this matter has been handled and the lack of clear communication from the PMJ team. I request immediate clarification and resolution.

I had a very disappointing experience at PMJ . What looked like a fair price initially turned out to be much more expensive due to several hidden charges that were never mentioned upfront. I only found out during billing, and when I asked for a breakdown, the staff were vague and unhelpful. This kind of lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially when you're making a high-value purchase. I expected better honesty and clarity from a jewellery store. Definitely won’t be returning or recommending to others

It was the first time i visited PMJ showroom (this was at Jayanagar 4th block bangalore) with a friend for her Christmas purchase (not wedding shopping). The place felt quite unique to me. 1. Their confidence - they gave us the freedom to click pics of the jewelry we shortlisted. 2. Their hospitality - it was quite late and became lunch time, they offered sandwiches and juice. When we refused, they made us comfortable. 3. Willingness to detail - explained us about the technicality behind precious stones, sounded knowledged. 4. Being liberal - seems they do jewel polish or repairs upon request and steam cleaning. Purity check, stone check, melting in their labs. 5. Patience and hospitality - excellent 6. Quality seems trustable, designer designs more of wedding style, price appears comparable. I am not an expert though. The Genuineness is appreciated. Felt like I visited an authentic place. Applause to branch staff and management.

Before I tell you about their unique design I would like to mention about the hospitality and service which is really amazing. Their jewellery is very unique and you wouldn't like any other options after you visit PMJ you would definitely fall in love with their jewellery.

PMJ Jewels sells really beautiful diamond jewellery, and we had a great experience shopping from them. For the Jaimaal look, I wanted to wear jewellery that wasn't too chunky. I am quite petite, and I was afraid that a chunky piece of jewellery would be too overpowering, but I still wanted to wear a piece of jewellery that had an impact. The answer: Diamond jewellery! PMJ Jewels had a very wide selection of diamond jewellery, and the best part was that most of their jewellery is modular! I.e. in one piece, you can remove parts and add parts to completely transform the jewellery. Even though we shopped for the jewellery piece remotely (my sis-in-law was facetiming us from the shop), they had enough lookbook shots and supporting images to depict how the jewelry would look when worn. We decided on a collier that had beautiful criss-cross patterns, pearl drops, and also got matching earrings to complete the set. PMJ had a huge variety of jewels, and shopping with them was also a great experience! I wanted to layer this diamond set with a longer necklace, so I layered it with my mum's gold toda. Although kundan/polki jewellery wouldn't have gone with the look of a diamond necklace, a gold necklace paired very well with the diamonds, and also match with the gold-based bridal nath that I designed for myself.Source

We are finding number of collections in diamond products only service is excellent but need to implement less weighted collections to for dialy wear in gold and below 5 yr of age collections should be available,other then this everything is good temple collections and diamond wear are very beautiful.
