It was a Very Bad Experience. Horrible. I bought Prerto Taaj Hairband for Rs. 10,800 (extremely expensive) + I paid Express shipping (which reaches in 2 days) but they didn't deliver it on time (Dipawali). They whole purpose of buying this product got defeated when I couldnt wear it on Festival of the year. I kept on waiting & they kept on lying & later ducked all my calls. It is: 1. Low quality as per the luxury pricing 2. Very tight which gives me extreme headache 3. Super small in size hence the band doesn't reach at the back of my ears & keeps falling off 4. Highly uncomfortable 5. The small moti on it are stuck with cheap glue so they keep falling off Highly disappointed.

Bought a necklace from them for my sangeet (wedding still hasn’t taken place so the necklace hasn’t even been worn yet!). I live overseas and so right after my flight back home, when I opened the box, I found that the piece was broken from the side. They asked me to get it fixed with a local jeweller. A few months later, the piece started tarnishing. I got in touch with them and they asked me to send it back to them (I’m overseas). They cannot replace it with a new one and I have to pay shipping to India and back (and I paid a good 10,800 rupees for the necklace). Such poor quality and even worse customer service. Save your money.

I got my reception jewellery from them and I loved it. They have such a wide variety of options to choose from and all the pieces are beautiful. The management is really helpful as well. Great experience. Highly recommended!

Beautiful jewellery designs. I wore the maang tikka and choker for my wedding reception and everyone loved it. I totally recommend if you want unique jewellery different from traditional looks
