I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful necklace, but what i received was far from my expectations. Not only did the necklace arrive damaged, but the quality was shockingly subpar. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience; it felt like a complete scam. I expected so much more from a company claiming to sell quality jewelry. It’s hard to describe how disheartening it is to open a package, filled with excitement, only to find a damaged item that looks like it should be in a bargain bin. I’m incredibly disappointed with my entire experience. I had hoped to find a reliable online jewelry store, but instead, I was met with shoddy merchandise and appalling customer service. Very bad experience after giving measurements while ordering and sending proof of photos that measurements are incorrect they are giving policy crap that stitched items cannot be returned and they are not even ready for replacement or refund. Also the blouse shown on website is different than what you get.

Smart dress. The cotton is not at all dingy. It is very high quality and though quite simple, is very elegant looking. Best palazzo suit I have in my wardrobe right now without a doubt.

I ordered a dress in January 2020, paid for it and all. After weeks Panash customer service emailed me saying there is a defect in the dress so they do not want to send it to me. Gave me two options, either pick another dress or we can refund you. I asked for a refund and gave them my account number. They have still not refunded me for the dress and are not replying to any of my emails. This is ridiculous! So not happy with the way they are treating me and not even getting back to me. I have been trying to get in touch with them for nearly 2 months now.

The chiffon saree I got is amongst the best dress I have bought from you guys. It looks great and feels beautiful too.

I ordered my product and was expecting it within 10 days. I had to wear it on the 15th day. They first did not sent the order on the expected date. I tried contacting these guys and they said they will update me on the status and since then I have been following up and they have not given me any update. Very poor customer service and now I even doubt how the product would be. I want to cancel the order and they are not giving me the information to cancel and all my money around $108 is wasted I will definitely have to take a legal action if they do not respond now.
