We had a horrible experience with Gini. On the day of the wedding, an unknown and unmentioned photographer was sent at the venue. Apparently it was the Photographer Rakesh's brother Ashish. Rakesh works for Gini. As discussed we paid Gini half payment as advanced. She was to send Rakesh for the photography. I called Rakesh and confirmed with him. However, he didn't turn up. According to the contract, the photographer was to reach the venue at 6.00 pm untill 12.00 am. Ashish came, clicked few pictures, was disappearing between the program. And at 11.00 pm said he has to leave. We spoke to him about the deal discussed with Gini about staying on till 12.00 am. Ashish had the audacity to scream and say 'aapko 12 baje tak rukhana hai toh mujhe extra paisa dene padhega, mein ja rahu, jo karna hai kar' and he left. We Co tacted Gini umpteen numbe rof times, but in vain. She couldn't handle her own staff's attitude. According to the contract Gini was supposed to edit and deliver the pictures by the 25th of November. She said she is in Mumbai and will come only in January. And Rakesh is refusing to come to deliver the pictures. We were left to 'convince' Rakesh to deliver the pictures, which he shamelessly refused saying I never deliver pictures to the client, that's noty job, it is Gini's. This left us to wonder how Gini handles her clients and staff. We called Gini more than 12 times, she didn't answer and then I called from another number, which she answered and sounded least bothered. We had done the full payment by the 24th of November. As discussed. It has been a horrible experience.. And a nightmare for my sister who was excitedly awaiting for her wedding pictures. Rakesh agreed to courier the pictures through a pendrive. And now Gini and Rakesh expect us to pay for the pendrive and for the courier. To which we have blatantly refused. We did not expect to have such an unprofessional experience through your vendor. We though wedmegood has reputed vendors. I don't think I will ever recommend any of my friends about you guys in the future. You'll better scrutinise the vendors you'll associate yourself with. Last time I checked Professionalism meant soemthing else in the dictionary. Yours not so truly and a very annoyed and unfortunate client. Amreen Shaikh

She is a fraud. She takes the money and then she never gives the photographs. She has taken advance money and till today I haven’t got the wedding photographs She gives the photographers number and then she never answers the calls. The photographer she told would come never turned up. She should be black listed.

I will highly recommend them to hire them. Im very much satisfied with their service. The quality of photos and editing was also good. They fit in the budget

From our first meeting to the last shot of our great day Gini was amazing. She's the consummate professional, very, very personable, imaginative, funny, was great with our guests, and totally committed to delivering what we wanted. As a more "mature" couple we loved her approach and were thrilled with our photos. We can recommend her highly enough!!!
