Not recommended at all — please think twice before booking. 1)Never picks up calls or calls back, even after repeated polite messages. 2)Talks in a very rude and unprofessional tone. 3)Refused to add our wedding card in the cinematic video, saying it’s outdated — how can he decide what’s right for our video? 4)Very rigid and illogical in discussion. Even after many requests, he denied adding a 10-second glimpse of our wedding card, saying it’s not part of the quotation. 5)He said he will only do as per his own ideas, not the client’s — not professional at all. Denied giving a refund when asked. 6)Said he will come just 30 minutes before the wedding — impossible to cover family and couple shots properly in that time. 7)I truly regret booking him for such an important occasion. Even my friend Akshaya had warned me about her bad experience earlier.

Had a Lovely experience with the team. A very professional and hard working team, capturing every moment with such precision that we never had a complain with their work. Would highly recommend hiring them to everyone.

Totally unprofessional behaviour from the photographer. We had given them my wedding contract and it’s been 6 months they have not given us videos, album and all other things promised by them. Whenever we call parag he doesn’t receive calls and never calls back, he doesn’t even responds to our repeated WhatsApp messages despite it being blue tick. We feel totally cheated by him. I strongly advice everyone to not spoil their special day by hiring this worst photographer. There are many better photographers available in nagpur in far less price.

parag n team covered my engagement. during the shoot we considered them for marriage photography as well but as it turned out that the team highly lacks professionalism. After more than 2 months of engagement & having paid all the charges in advance we have still not received the complete package material as we agreed on. once you are done with shoot n payment they won't even reply to your call. Bottom line : Avoid them if you don't want to spoil your wedding fun
