Cancellation Policy

• A 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking (non-refundable under normal circumstances).
• Cancellation before 60 days → 50% refund of advance.
• Cancellation within 30–60 days → 25% refund of advance.
• Cancellation within 30 days → No refund.
• Rescheduling allowed (30+ days prior) subject to availability.
• In rare cases of artist unavailability, a full refund or senior artist replacement will be offered.
• Travel & accommodation for destination weddings → Non-refundable once booked.
