Arpitha - I don't even want to rate a half star to you guys. We booked them for sider makeups for our family for my best friend's wedding. They came 1 hour late to the location, they dint even have the courtesy to inform us. on top of that, 2 of them dint even complete the work. They did a terrible job at make-up and hairstyle. Thank god we dint book them for bridal make up. It was a very disappointing experience.

From where do I start about our disappointment. Punctuality is 0. The make up artist arrived around an hour late and 2 of them ran away in between without completing their job. Professionalism- again 0. When you have a booking with us, how can you have another booking in the same time elsewhere so much so that they run away without informing. And so much for being answerable, the organizer Arpita doesn't bother taking your call if you are panicking or need help! Thank God I didn't book them for my bridal makeup. but all my bridesmaids were utterly disappointed.

I am very particular about makeup and the thought of booking online and giving advance to a stranger Online , was unsettling for me. But i made the leap of faith with Partyboks , as their name i had heard on other occasions. As soon as the call connected , It became clear i was talking to a professional who knows what they are talking about , and could finish my sentences as to what i needed. So went for best package. Come the wedding day , they arrived on time with their assistant and unpacked their huge makeup bag , and started laying the instruments and makeup kits on the table (it took a great deal of restraint not to fan girl over so many exotic makeup brands infront of me ) The makeup: as promised , flawless , buttery ,and pleasing to the eye.This is a testament to the power of proper research before hiring makeup vendors online as a wedding day comes only once , and gambling with an average makeup artist to save a few ruppess doesnt make sense at all.
