I recently hired [Patna caterers & tent house] for my temple wedding last month, and I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience. We trusted him after our initial meetings and believed he would deliver what was promised—but unfortunately, that was not the case. Despite paying the full amount on the wedding day and even making an additional payment two days later, the services provided were far below expectations. What was committed and what was actually delivered were drastically different. His staff showed up in untidy attire, which was not at all appropriate for the occasion, and the food was a complete letdown—he even served coconut paste while calling it rabri. This was my wedding, a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and I feel let down. When I called him to share my feedback, instead of being understanding or apologetic, he responded with excuses and a defensive attitude. I would not recommend this planner to any of my known.

Happy to share have received good service from patna caterers and tent. They did wedding reception of around 150 guest in Feb and food + decoration both were up to mark, rather I say, above my expectations. And with in budget. Hope this helps whomsoever reading this
