A Complete Disaster – Stay Away from Pearl The Organisers I usually don’t write reviews, but after what my family and I went through during my wedding, I feel it's my responsibility to warn others. Hiring Pearl The Organisers, based out of Chandigarh, was the biggest mistake of my wedding planning journey. My wedding function dates were April 29 and April 30. What was meant to be the most beautiful and cherished time of my life was turned into a nightmare by their mismanagement, false promises and complete lack of professionalism. The owner, Mr. Bobby Bhardwaj, talks big, promises the stars, and convinces you with an impressive pitch—but unfortunately, that’s where the charm ends. When it came to execution, nothing was delivered as promised. His ground manager Mr. Piyush Mahendru was arrogant and unapproachable, with an attitude as big as an elephant’s nose. Instead of helping us, he made things more difficult at every step. Decor was another huge letdown. The decor vendor, Ms. Radhika Gehlot of RWD Decor, was hired through Team Pearl and charged us a premium price for what was promised to be elegant, floral-heavy decor featuring roses and special arrangements. In reality, all we saw was yellow and orange marigolds slapped across the venue with barely any attention to aesthetics or detail. Photo ops were poorly designed, guest seating was uncomfortable, and the overall vibe looked cheap and rushed—nothing like the classy look we paid for. As for entertainment, we were charged 2x the standard rate for live singers with the promise of a mesmerizing performance. What we got were subpar acts that left the guests confused and unimpressed. The whole performance lacked energy and finesse. To top it off, their on-ground staff was extremely lazy, disinterested, and unresponsive. Any concerns raised were met with indifference or outright rudeness. From turban tying services to coordination, hospitality, and event flow, everything felt like it was falling apart and no one from the team cared enough to fix it. It genuinely felt like we were robbed of the experience and trust we had placed in them. We placed our trust and hard-earned money in Pearl The Organisers with the expectation of a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Instead, we were met with false commitments, subpar service, and an overall lack of accountability. This experience has not only caused financial loss but has left a deep emotional impact, as our special day was significantly compromised. To Bobby Bhardwaj, Piyush Mahendru, and Radhika Gehlot: Please take responsibility for the emotional and financial damage you caused. Don’t ruin someone else’s wedding the way you ruined mine. If you're considering Pearl The Organisers for your wedding—I strongly urge you to rethink. Save your special day from becoming a regret.
