Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Delays I ordered curtains on February 14, and after over 10 days, they were delivered on February 25—with the wrong size. The incorrect item was collected for replacement on February 26, yet despite multiple follow-ups, I’m still waiting for the replacement as of March 20. The only responses I’ve received are vague updates about dispatch delays and quality checks—yet if quality assurance was a priority, why was the wrong item sent in the first place? This has been a frustrating experience, and unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from this store again.
