Perfect Frame Studios

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. Perfect Frame Studio / Avneet, the owner, took full payment, but more than a year later, my work is still pending. I have had to beg and chase them again and again for my own wedding deliverables. Communication is terrible — vague replies, false assurances, no clear timeline, and no accountability. Honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating vendor experiences. I would not recommend them at all.

I will be Honest - Don’t fall for the portfolio. I think they spin “how to ruin someone’s wedding” wheel once in a blue moon and if it stops at your project, they will make sure to make you regret your choice. Pre wedding shoot was amazing, but wedding output is crap. They literally sent kids to shoot our wedding. It’s been almost over 6 months now, millions of follow ups and plenty of redos, missed deadlines, literally ruined our wedding. I think they read you for the first few months and then they conclude whether they can make a fool out of you or not. For them, the definition of “evening” and “tomorrow” is NEVER! This guy Avneet is living in delulu. You tell him that you are not happy with his work and he will come back at you with all the stupid reasons in the world. We paid 2,65,000/- to these scammers and we ended up seeking legal help to get our money back! If you are going with them, good luck and I hope the unlucky spin wheel never stops at your project. I hope you are reading this Avneet and I am very curious to see what stupid explanation you will come up with to this feedback! See you soon, in court!

Perfect Frame Studios creates magic. They have captured the most special moments of my husband’s and my family. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone who want a true professionals to create an extraordinary photography experience. PFS is super creative and genuinely a fabulous team. They are super personable and very talented at his craft. His team is very well organised and their photographs are absolutely beautiful and each one is a masterpiece to enjoy for years to come!

Fraudsters Take money in full, but do not fulfill contract They will make fake promises Will beg you to pay whole amount stating false problems and excuses We paid whole amount in full Bad photography, sent just soft copies Taken amount for printing pictures and photo album of wedding It's been 6 months of calling mails and texting, initially used to make excuses about being stuck in bad situation, now has stopped taking calls Do not engage with them Will lose money and time chasing them Quality of soft copies of pictures is also bad, as they send untrained guys, who may not even know how to hold camera And they calling my review fake.. the audacity If only pick calls, and delivered, we may not have to put in reality here via reviews

If there was only a higher rating to give! A sheer example of young, talented & creative bunch of professionals define Perfect Frame Studios. Always going an extra mile & making sure everything is sort after capturing the purest moments of our wedding. Avni & I are so happy with PFS, kudos to Avneet & his team. Their work takes years of experience but it seems perfectly natural to them. Strongly recommend & can’t wait to witness their growth. Lots of love from Dubai!
