Great experience with Pernia Pop Up, especially their customer support service… I am very happy shopping from Pernia Pop Up, especially their customer support team. The saree I ordered from them is beautiful and was delivered to me in the US without any glitches. A month or two down the line I needed some help with the saree before wearing it for a wedding in India and the customer service was superb with supporting my request. want to give a very special shout out to Riddhi who especially helped me through the entire process..Not only was she patient with my request but continued to handhold me up until I reached India and got the issue sorted out, albeit from Kolkata (an entirely different city from hers)...Excellent job Riddhi and the either Pernia customer support team...Would love to shop from you again...

Pernia gave me the outfit of my dreams! They customised the veil to a different colour and gave me a beautiful outfit that I love. The only draw back might be that they were unwilling to do any further customisation to the outfit because of the designer wanting his design to stay as it was.

Pernia definitely has all the best collection fitting every budget. But most importantly the support I got from Henry Jackson Dsouza. In my existing order he managed to give me a solution. I’ve had great experience in the past but Henry has touched my heart. God bless.

I had a very positive experience with Pernia, when I was concerned about a delay prior to dispatch this was quickly dealt with and reassurance was provided. My outfit arrived within 2.5 days which was much quicker than anticipated, I am grateful for the speed this was dealt with as I needed the outfit quickly. Furthermore, the quality is great. Very pleased with everything.
