I had a wonderful experience communicating with Pernia's Pop-Up Shop. The entire process was smooth, professional, and very responsive. Henry was especially great to work with. He made sure to inform me about the import/ tariff rates for shipping to the US and alternative options in case I was not okay with that. Truly appreciate the excellent customer service and support!
