We had a bit of a hiccup with the timing of when the products were sent that caused stress, but it was resolved eventually. The team was prompt with solutions, but the logistical decisions for international shipping could be looked into further.

The order delivery was mishandled, with no proactive updates or follow-through despite repeated attempts to seek clarification. What’s worse, there was no genuine effort to resolve issues or ensure customer satisfaction. It’s clear that the company prioritizes convenience over commitment, and customer concerns are treated as an afterthought. I would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider before doing business here unless major improvements are made in communication, reliability, and customer care

Contacted them for an outfit which needed to be delivered quickly for a function. While the other similar websites have refused to do so saying it’s not possible for that outfit ,they said they can do it and promptly delivered even though I have given a wrong date by mistake. Team consisting of Ritika,riddhi,pooja,ashita were answering my questions every step of the way until the product reached me . Will definitely shop again
