Recently we booked them for my Family Friend's wedding, the experience was great, the photographers were really nice and professional, they really understood the candid moments we wanted to capture,the raw photos literally looked pinterest worthy The deliverables were a little late but the results were so beautiful that it was worth it. Everything came out as we wished for.

We booked Personifilms for our wedding after seeing their beautiful work online. They had promised delivery within 3 months, but honestly, it took almost 5–6 months for us to get the final film. At first, we were a little frustrated with the delay, but once we saw the video, we completely forgot the wait. The film is absolutely magical, capturing every emotion and every detail so beautifully. It really feels like a movie of our own story. If you want quality and creativity, they are worth trusting.

Personifilms is not just the company I work with as a project manager, but also the team that captured my sister’s wedding. Being part of the company, I know how challenging and hectic the job can be at times, I must say every business faces problem at their initial stage but as a employee I would say that we are working very hard to provide best possible services to our clients, and seeing the way they handled my sister’s events as clients gave me a different perspective. The pictures and videos turned out to be absolutely beautiful and my family is truly satisfied with the work. Experiencing the process both from the inside as an employee and from the outside as a client’s family, I can confidently say the dedication and creativity of the team is commendable.

It's been nine months and we still haven't received a single deliverable. Just this month, they told us they didn't use a drone during the baraat and that there are issues with the raw footage for one of our events. They charged us extra money for that event. ​Working with them has been a roller coaster. For the raw footage alone, I had to follow up more than a hundred times. They didn't even pay their photographers, which is why we didn't get the raw photos on time. After that, we had to follow up repeatedly for the deliverables. ​Trust me, don't use this service. They will ruin your wedding.

Coming back after 8 months of my last post to tell you that I still haven't recieved the deliverables

I got married six months ago and am yet to receive the promised videos, reels, and other deliverables. Despite their insistence on full payment within days of the wedding—calling us multiple times a day to ensure we complied—they have failed to deliver on their commitments. While they may have had a good reputation in the past, their current reliance on aggregators and semi-skilled editors has significantly impacted the quality of their service. Unfortunately, I have almost given up hope of ever receiving my wedding film.

It was a pleasure working with Saurav. He is photographer with new age ideas. Has professional degree as well experience. Knows how to capture delicate moments of your life's one of the biggest events. Cutting 0.5 rating becoz he has too much liking for BW genre. Though he will give you original colour copies of entire shoot. But, had to ask him to re-edit many nice BW shaded photos to coloured ones with vibrant feel. Wish him luck for future projects!
