I had an extremely disappointing experience with this photo studio. They only seem to care about money and not about delivering quality service. Despite paying in full, I never received my wedding videos, which is incredibly heartbreaking. I've been following up for more than two years, but they don't even have the decency to respond or call back. Their Instagram profile is misleading, and I urge others not to trust it. This studio is highly unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

My experience with Phenixx Was not that great, Waited 3 months to get all my videos & Albums Just for sake of completing They made the videos, most of my videos are same Including the highlight and teaser and when I questioned him he said it should be like that, still i didnot get photo frames which was mentioned in his invoice, which to be honest i dont need traditional video of groom side doesnt have Any audio, no music and he gave it like that, literally had to chase him for everything , not at all happy with the work, i didn’t think twice before Considering them that was our mistake, Any one thinking to consider him Think twice? as you dont Wanna Stress about it later
