We had such a great experience with Phoenix Event Media Group! They were attentive, easy to work with, and professional. They provided anything and everything we needed although we chose to keep it simple. They handled my family and friends perfectly and gave us everything we asked for. When it came down to the photos we had a blast! We recommend them highly! You guys are all amazing, kind, professional, attentive, and on point answering back to emails, calls, changes, and concerns. You all made my wedding beautiful and more than what I expected! Thank you to all the vendors as well! You guys are incredible! Thank you so much and God bless you all!

Planning a wedding is supposed to be stressful and draining but for our the experience was quiet the opposite because we had the Phoenix Events. The team was there to help us at every step. The team was meticulous, efficient, helpful and warm. Other than executing the functions superbly, they were also very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to put us at ease. I think I’d be remiss, if I don’t mention the decor which was outstanding at every function. We had a unique aesthetic for all the functions which was both beautiful and elegant. From the colors, to the flowers, to the linens to the overall theme, the team was outstanding at every step. It was amazing working with the team who made it easy to navigate the maze that is wedding planning

This was by far the worst event management experience I have ever encountered. From the very beginning, there was no clear communication, no proper planning, and absolutely no accountability for the countless mistakes that kept piling up. The team seemed completely unprepared and incapable of handling even the most basic aspects of organizing an event. The venue setup was a disaster. Chairs and tables were either missing or randomly placed, creating confusion among guests. The stage was poorly arranged, and the sound system failed multiple times during the event, causing major disruptions. Instead of fixing the issues, the team either ignored complaints or made excuses. Timelines were not followed at all. The event started late because the team was still setting up while guests were already arriving. Performers and speakers were not given any guidance on when they were expected to go on stage, leading to unnecessary delays and last-minute chaos. The catering was equally mismanaged—food was either delayed or ran out too soon, and there was no proper coordination to ensure smooth service. The overall lack of professionalism was shocking. The staff was unresponsive, rude, and dismissive of concerns raised by both organizers and guests. Any attempt to get an issue resolved was met with vague answers or indifference. It was clear that this team had no experience or ability to manage an event properly. If you want your event to be stressful, chaotic, and filled with problems, this is the team to hire. Otherwise, I strongly advise against trusting them with anything remotely important.

Being a person who had began planning her wedding ever since she was 15, wouldn’t have been a easier person to please but The Phoenix Event Media Group did it. Kickass team headed by Dhairya made sure they had covered ever little detail and provided me with the best of everything. Best executors ever from the bridesmaid boxes to mehendi favours and all the crazy little things I had asked for the little had reached to me on time. Loved their choice of musicians, people kept raving about the reception performers. They are sweetest team to work with. Phoenix Events is the east in the market, hands down. They were the wedding planners for my sister’s wedding this year and boy, every mood board was made to come to life. The way they were always available to understand our requirements and the way they showed cooperation was heartwarming. The entire team, especially Dhairya, the founder, is one call away. No panics from their end at last minute changes which always helps. We had typical requirements with respect to decor and food and they obliged very gracefully. There were series of fireworks planned and it was executed flawlessly. All our relatives went back home super happy and we all understand how moody they can be. Overall, we had a great experience having them plan a wedding for the family, they justify the fee really well and most importantly, you can see them put their heart and soul into your event. Would like to recommend them 5/5.
