Our experience with this wedding photography company (House of paparazzo/ photo paparazzo)was extremely disappointing. From day one, we had to chase them for every single update and deliverable. Nothing was done proactively, and timelines were repeatedly missed despite continuous follow-ups from our side. Although we did eventually receive most of the deliverables, the albums and frames were delayed unreasonably. By the time they were finally brought to us, it was far too late, and we had already lost trust in the service. We therefore refused to accept the albums and declined to pay the small remaining balance, purely due to the prolonged delay. The company then stated they would not hand over the albums unless the remaining payment was made. What is equally frustrating is that when we later needed the edited photographs again, the team stopped responding altogether. This complete lack of communication after payment is unacceptable. The photographers who actually covered our wedding were good, but they later left the company, which perhaps explains the poor follow-up and mismanagement afterwards. There were a few individuals like Latika, Akshita, and Ishu, who seemed polite and helpful initially, but overall the company is poorly managed, slow, and unprofessional. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and no couple should have to go through this level of stress. I would strongly advise against booking this company.

I never imagined I would be writing this on my first wedding anniversary, but here I am — still without my wedding albums or wedding video. What should have been a beautiful memory to relive now feels like a year-long battle for something I already paid for. Their contract clearly promised delivery within 90 days, yet it's been 12 months. Every follow-up since then has been met with silence, excuses, or complete ignorance. Their coordinator Akshita, main photographer Powell, and marketing head Pranav stop responding the moment the wedding is over. Calls go unanswered. Messages are ignored. You are left chasing them endlessly, which becomes mentally exhausting and honestly feels like harassment. They don't value your time, emotions, or money. What hurts the most is that these are your once-in-a-lifetime moments — moments you can never recreate. And to have them treated with such carelessness is heartbreaking. I truly hope no other couple has to go through what we did. Please think twice before trusting them with your special day.

Our experience with Photo Paparazzo / House of Paparazzo has been terrible. We hired them for my sister’s wedding. They keep repeating the same questions and asking for the same details every time, only to say “we’re working on it” — but months go by with no results. They missed important wedding moments, delivered poor-quality photos, and still haven’t shared the wedding video. They don’t take calls or attend meetings. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. I would’ve given them 0 stars if I could. It’s been a whole year since my sister’s wedding and we never got a chance to see the wedding fully captured. Our friends did a better job at capturing moments than these guys.

We hired Photo Paparazzo (also known as House of Paparazzo) for a wedding in November 2024, and it’s been almost a year — still no complete photos or videos. They missed key shots like mehendi, engagement, and wedding entry. Every time we follow up, they just ask for the same explanations again and again and keep saying “noted” or “we’re working on it,” but nothing ever gets done. Poorly edited photos, missing content, and zero professionalism. Totally disappointed.

I hired Photo Paparazzo for my wedding on 15th November 2024, and my experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The company also operates under the name House of Paparazzo, but regardless of the name, the service and professionalism have been equally poor. It’s now almost a year since my wedding, and I still haven’t received the complete wedding content that I paid for. To begin with, they missed capturing several key moments — no proper shots of my Mehendi, engagement, or wedding entry, which were some of the most important parts of the celebration. Out of all the photos I received, there are hardly any good shots, and many crucial moments are completely missing. After following up for over three months, they finally told me that I needed to select photos from the raw data — something they never mentioned earlier. I shared my selections promptly, but they took another 2–3 months to deliver, and even then, the photos they shared were not the ones I had selected. The “edited” photos they provided were of very poor quality — blurry shots, random photos of vendors (clearly taken before guests arrived), and even pictures where their own team members are visible behind me and my husband during key moments. They didn’t even bother to remove these extra people or distractions — something I could easily fix on my phone, but they failed to do professionally. After 11 months, they finally sent another set of edited photos, but many key moments are still missing. The wedding video, which they promised to deliver over a month ago, is still not shared, and there has been no update or communication from their side. They have been unresponsive to calls and messages, and despite scheduling multiple meetings to discuss changes and feedback, they never attended a single one. What’s worse, every time I reach out, they keep asking for the same explanations and details again and again, even though everything has already been clearly shared multiple times. Their responses are always the same — “noted,” “we’re working on it,” or “will get back soon” — but nothing ever actually gets done. It’s a never-ending loop of excuses with zero action or accountability. To make things worse, they have not delivered photos from Day 4 of the wedding, even though I have already paid for that coverage. When I asked about it, they actually asked me to find out who the photographer was — even though the photographer was from their own team. The Pooja photos from Day 2 are also missing, and they now claim those moments “weren’t captured,” despite being informed about every event in detail beforehand. Overall, Photo Paparazzo (also known as House of Paparazzo) has been completely unprofessional, unreliable, and unresponsive. They have shown no respect for timelines, no attention to detail, and no sense of responsibility toward their clients. It’s heartbreaking to say this, but I would not recommend Photo Paparazzo / House of Paparazzo to anyone looking for trustworthy or professional wedding photographers. Weddings are once-in-a-lifetime occasions, and trusting them with mine has been one of my biggest regrets.

We had the absolute BEST experience working with Photo Paparazzo for our pre-wedding and wedding photography, and we truly can’t recommend them enough! From the very start, the entire team was a dream to work with — professional, punctual, warm, and incredibly accommodating. Coordination with Pranav during the planning stage and Tanisha during the events was seamless. Everything just flowed effortlessly! Our pre-wedding shoot with Vivek and Niharika was so much fun — they made us feel completely at ease and brought such great energy despite the crazy heat! The pictures turned out absolutely beautiful and full of joy! The wedding team — Vivek, Himanshu, Aman, Jatin, Ishu, Sandeep, and Bunty — were phenomenal. Always on the move, always smiling, and capturing the most special moments, even the spontaneous ones! One thing that really stood out was their commitment. A few interviews were missed by mistake, but the team went out of their way to ensure everyone was covered. That extra effort meant so much to us! They were always just a call away and handled everything with calm and efficiency — which is exactly what you need during the wedding madness! They’ve already shared our pre-wedding photos and some wedding highlights (just weeks after our wedding on 28th May!) and we are OBSESSED. The candids especially have our hearts 😍 We can't wait to see the rest of the photos and the wedding film!

Worst experience! My wedding took place on April 2024. Today it's April 2025(1 complete year) and we still haven't received even half the deliverables they promised to give within 3 months of the wedding. No one picks up our calls anymore. Powell, Akshita, and others are very unprofessional. They will talk all nicely before but once you hand them over your money to them(which they take everything in advance), they make us feel like they are doing us a favor for even picking our call. Still no outcome. Will go to consumer court to file complaint finally.

Awful experience, many other couples warned us to not use them. I cancelled immediately and soon after they threatened with vulgar words. Clearly they have no regard over their customer and are greedy for money. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!
