I wish i could give 0 stars, Google wont allow me to. This camera hire seems like the most unprofessional cameraman that i have ever heard about so far. Mark my words, they click good photos. But that's if they click photos. Their argument is that they were present during the ceremony, we didn't get the photos clicked and that's on us. Next time when i hire the cooks for my wedding, this is what i will expect from him, boiled food because we weren't watching over them. A wedding event only comes once, you cannot recreate everything so the sake of a photoshoot. According to their own services list in the agreement, Photowale fall shorts on their own commitment. Imagine you book a cameraman for your Bidai and he never arrives listing various reasons that are common in the wedding in the first place. That's what would happen to you if you book them. I looked for the average reviews which suggest 4.3 meaning the services are good. But i should have looked for the bad ones first. These guys can easily toss away one event in favor of another, I don't know their reasons, but that's what happened to my sister's wedding. Still waiting for social media post, hoping it arrives by the end of the year, that probably will be a good time to post them on Instagram. I wish Photowale luck. But their customers need it more.
