We had booked Simran 9 months before our wedding back in June’2023 for our wedding in Feb’2024 and had signed a contract with her with a 50% advance payment made to her. Fast forward to the first week of Feb, when I called her to discuss the final details she tells us that she had disclocated her shoulder and would not be able to cover our wedding as the doctor had recommended her rest for the whole month. She sounded really convincing and we fully empathised with her. She kept pushing us to get another lead photographer who she claimed was equally good. We had our inhibitions regarding this, hence, we took some time to do our research, during which we found out that she was lying to us about the injury. We received her pictures from a friend and she was completely okay, shooting a wedding. We were baffled and decided to cancel her immediately to which she happily agreed. We were told by many people later, that she’s done this before with other clients. Her work ethic is highly questionable. She caused us immense stress as we had to find a new photography team 10 days before our wedding. She lied with such ease, it was her greed and lack of values which led her to do this to us. Tons of people have had negative experiences with her. She gave this bride that I know such a hard time during her wedding because she was shooting so lackadaisically. Please choose your vendors carefully. Definitely not this lady!

Simran pretty much changed my attitude towards wedding pictures. For anyone who knows me, they know I don't like getting pictures clicked. Before I started talking to her, I didn't even want a video. But I am SO GLAD I did because I wouldn't have been able to see my wedding through her eyes! The pictures were happy, fun, and captured the entire vibe of the wedding just right. The video made us laugh and reminisce - the music, the shots, the small tiny quirks were captured just right, something as simple as the choice of background music also fit so well. What I really loved though is that she paid attention to mine and my partner's personalities. She nudged us gently to take pictures and pose, but not too much, and not too less. Basically, she knows how to work with you if you don't know what to do in front of the camera. It was important to us that someone else's vision of what a wedding video 'should' look like wasn't imposed on us, and she made sure the pictures and videos reflected our wedding and our personalities. They worked tirelessly (till 5 am on BOTH days!) to make sure they captured every single part of our wedding, even the parts that I didn't think would get captured. Post-wedding, she was punctual with the pics and the videos, and most importantly - always responsive! I didn't have to spend time chasing her to ask about the pics/videos. I'm glad I had Simran and the rest of the team to capture my wedding. They're extremely talented and professional and above everything - lovely people who will put you at ease during your wedding!

Simran covered our engagement in October 2022 and ever since we knew the wedding would be covered by none other than her. She goes the extra mile to give you the most beautiful memories and makes the process hassle free too. She and her team were always the first ones to arrive and last ones to leave and every little emotion was beautifully captured. It was sheer joy to work with her! Source

Simran and her team are very dedicated, hardworking and delivered what they promised. Simran has a lot of attention to detail and is very proactive. The team arrived at the venue prepared and on time. As soon as she reached she started looking for the best places around the venue to take our pictures. Her teammate Vikas ji was taking pictures of our families and he made everybody feel super comfortable with his warmth and charm. He knew how to make people laugh so that their photos would come out more natural. Simran is also resourceful enough to work around things that were not ideal. My decorator did an awful job but Simran photographed things in a way that highlighted the better parts of the venue (which was beautiful) and ignored the terrible decor. The edited photos are fun, vibrant and colourful and we are very happy with them. Word of advice for future brides and grooms: Be prepared to pose a lot even if all you want is natural/candid photos because there are a lot of factors which make it hard to capture things as they are at times and you might have to try to recreate some moments if you really want them. Having said that, do speak to your photographer beforehand and try to make it clear exactly what types of photos you’re looking for. Props to Simran for making me look so good. I’m very shy about posing but she directed me very well and I’m very happy with how the photos have come out!

Quite honestly she went over and above in providing exceptional services and I really can’t find any fault in the entire customer experience ???? Most reviews about her here speak highly about her photography skills, which I 100% agree to. However I think there a few more things that deserve a call out and for me this is what sets her apart from the rest: * She is a very proactive communicator and very responsive to her customer’s needs. She kept me updated at all times regarding any progress or change of plans. Even if she was out of station and unable to reply to my messages immediately, she would let me know well in advance about her plans. All of this was extremely important to me as I am based in Melbourne and my wedding destination was New Delhi, and trusting anyone when you are miles away is quite a challenge. Through her proactiveness she built that trust quite early on in the initial days before we even finalised her :) * She is very responsible and professional with her dealings and takes full accountability. She made sure all admin work (like invoice payments etc) went smoothly right from the start to the end. We had 3-4 photographers at our wedding but she was the only one who asked me for the hard disk well in advance before I was ready so that I would not have to worry about it later. Small things like this are really crucial for a stress free wedding ceremony. * She is very helpful and went the extra mile in answering all my queries and concerns. I took her recommendation for my make up artist and was not disappointed. Other than that I asked her numerous questions which she always answered patiently. * She is very adaptable and flexible and not rigid if the situation demands so. After the wedding I left for my honeymoon and on my return I had a stopover in New Delhi. She made sure the photos were ready in that time as she knew it would mean a lot to me to take that hard disk back to Melbourne with me (instead of having it couriered later). Heck, she even happily came all the way to my place in New Delhi to deliver the hard disk. Now, speaking about the photos. Let’s just say each individual photo is a masterpiece. I am still struggling to select the top 5 that I want framed on my wall at home. Every single person who saw these photos so far has appreciated the photographer. I personally think I could not have gotten a better deal than this. I couldn’t be prouder of the choice I made in selecting Simran as my photographer - for the most important day of my life. She allowed me to trust her wholeheartedly and blindly and she delivered more than I expected. What else can you ask for really!

We hired Simran for our wedding in 2015, and again for my husband's brother's in February 2018, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The pictures are simply wonderful! She made sure we have a photo of a million small things that happened throughout the weekend. Every frame, every picture is so perfect. Capturing a moment without intrusion or obstructing the flow of things is no mean feat, and she does it like a pro. We've experienced photographers being rude to the family and spoiling once-in-a-lifetime moments, but Simran is nothing like that. She's enthusiastic, cheerful, and warm. Hiring a good photographer is everyone's top priority (well apart from your clothes!). I came across a bunch of photographs that were featured on the WedMeGood app and strangely enough that ones I loved were all taken by Simran from Photozaapki. There was something about her photography style that I really loved. Candid shots are not just about posing, they are also about the little bits that are associated with a wedding and Simran does an amazing job of capturing those tiny details. From the wedding jewellery to the venue decorations to the small details in your outfits to the fleeting moments with your spouse and family. After my best friend's wedding that she covered , this was one element I knew I wouldn't have to worry about. However, as chance would have it, Simran delivered a beautiful baby boy just 3 months before my wedding and wasn't sure she'd be able to take on the project! Getting Simran on board was the the very first thing I did regarding my wedding preparation and that too almost an year ago from my wedding!! I truely believe that one should totally invest into an amazing photographer and I did the right thing by hiring Simran. She is unlike other candid photographer has unique way of taking pictures. She is great with clicking "nautanki " solos but she is even more amazing with group pictures especially family portraits. Thanks to her, we have got some of the best family portraits for years to cherish. Also, she has a knack of finding those perfect photo spots which may appear very normal to a layman but end up adding a lot of life to the pictures. She knows her art and that too really well. So many of the guests thought she was actually a friend who I&#39;ve known for a while! Her work is impeccable - she catches moments without anyone noticing and is just smooth sailing. I hunted for months through this entire website, and many many more and I couldn't be happier with my choice of photographer. Simran, as a person is warm, bubbly, spirited, charming, funny - a complete delight to have around. She gels with everyone, getting even the shyest of people to open up for amazing portraits. As a photographer, she's creative, talented, hard working with a great eye for details, angles and framing AND uses the most gorgeous colour palettes for her post work (what I loved the most). My husband and I aren't the posing type, but looking back at the photos now, we're SO glad we did! There's at least a 100 frame-worthy ones, we are going to have a hard time picking our favourites. She captured my special moments with my parents and grandmothers so perfectly! Simran is the best decision anyone can make for their wedding day!
