Edit : Adding this post the response. Great response by your ORM Team. There was a basic request to keep the sunset in the backdrop but you guys changed the backdrop to a complete white and plain one citing reasons that the camera can focus either on us or background.(and now you are calling this dramatic). Your photographer and spoc himself mentioned they were not communicated about our requirement earlier. And the photos that you have uploaded is again an artificially edited one. I mean literally this is the perfect sunset pic as per this great photography team. I can clearly share screenshots where we literally are begging Regan to connect with us prior to the wedding. We requested him to have a small connect with us and our decor team to align on the shots but he did not connect with any of us till the very end. If you can only prioritise high profile and high budget clients please don’t take medium budget contracts and ruin someone’s most special memories. A wedding photographer ruining your special day memories and calling your very basic request as dramatic : people should judge for themselves.

Picsurely is a no-brainer if you want beautiful photos & videos with the most amazing team for your wedding. They are so responsive and flexible and will completely listen, understand and execute your vision to a tee. The whole team that covered our 2 day wedding celebrations went above and beyond for each event whatever the start times and were there until the very end. Biggest thank you to Tarique who was there every step of the way. Superbly creative, calm, understanding, funny all of which made us very comfortable to work with. He is also open to alot of creative inputs and will make it happen. Big thank you to Regan, who was present at all times to manage and ensure everything went smoothly and is very responsive person to deal with. Cannot thank the team enough, happiest to have chosen Picsurely and would highly recommend everyone else to do the same! Our friends and family are in awe and cannot stop praising the wedding pictures & videos. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you for the memories 😊

We booked Picsurely for our wedding in Goa and had a great experience. Me and my partner are not very comfortable posing in front of the camera, and we were a little nervous at first. But the team was very patient and guided us with simple poses and natural moments. They made the whole process feel easy and fun, and after some time we forgot the camera was even there. The photos and videos came out amazing and captured all the emotions of our wedding perfectly. We are really happy with the final results and will cherish these memories forever. Honestly didn't think photos could make me cry but here we are. Booked Picsurely for our wedding in Goa and the pictures are just... something else. Every single frame looks like a still from a film. Cannot recommend enough.

Worst decision ever. Don’t go for them. The video quality was honestly so bad. And yes, I asked for multiple edits—but that’s only because the work they delivered was terrible to begin with. If they had done a decent job, I wouldn’t have had to keep asking for changes. It’s been more than a year since my wedding and they’ve just stopped replying. Completely unprofessional. The last edit they sent was still awful. They didn’t even capture basic moments—no behind-the-scenes, no proper bridal get-ready shots. Like how do you miss that? They literally ruined the memories of my wedding day. Still regret choosing them.

Picsurely is a fraud team and worst management. It’s been 3 years and they have not delivered our album even after multiple follow-ups . They are not even receding calls and the owner is not supportive. In our case one of their team member mentioned him as an owner and he charged us 1.5 lac for just photos and a short video. He took 10k advance and asked to pay rest if the amount on the wedding day. We did the whole payment assuming they are trusted vendor and guess what they are so unprofessional that they haven’t delivered our album yet. They keep on giving is us excuses and we dig in we found that team meme bet who mention himself as owner is not working their and we contacted the actual owner he didn’t not support us. They are fraud fraud fraud vendorrr… they don’t deserve any appreciation or to be registered on any platform. @wemegood who is responsible in such case ?
