Picsurely

Picsurely is a fraud team and worst management. It’s been 3 years and they have not delivered our album even after multiple follow-ups . They are not even receding calls and the owner is not supportive. In our case one of their team member mentioned him as an owner and he charged us 1.5 lac for just photos and a short video. He took 10k advance and asked to pay rest if the amount on the wedding day. We did the whole payment assuming they are trusted vendor and guess what they are so unprofessional that they haven’t delivered our album yet. They keep on giving is us excuses and we dig in we found that team meme bet who mention himself as owner is not working their and we contacted the actual owner he didn’t not support us. They are fraud fraud fraud vendorrr… they don’t deserve any appreciation or to be registered on any platform. @wemegood who is responsible in such case ?

We are so grateful to Picsurely for giving us photos that were better than anything we could have ever dreamt of. Every moment, especially the candid ones, were captured so beautifully and naturally. A special shout-out to Tarique, Vimal, Tajinder & Deepak who were absolutely amazing from our pre-shoot all the way through to our events. Their creativity, warmth, and professionalism made us feel completely at ease, and it truly showed in every picture. Thank you Picsurely for giving us memories we’ll cherish forever. Picsurely team did an amazing job at my wedding. The whole team ensured that they captured the best candids! Made everyone laugh, even the ones that are camera shy. They were extremely accommodating with requests during editing as well. Overall I loved my wedding photos and videos ☺️

I came across Picsurely through our wedding planners and by far it has been our best decision to go with them. My special mention will go to Akash and Tariq in their team. They made us feel so comfortable about ourselves that we eventually started to enjoy the whole process of our wedding photoshoot. We even got our pre wedding photography done from them. I had wanted to work with Picsurely for my wedding after finding them on Instagram and am so psyched that I got to! We loved their style and how they captured both candid and posed photos so effortlessly! The team was SO. MUCH. FUN. My husband and I hate posing and they made us feel so comfortable and were so personable! To the point where many of our friends and family also remember bantering with them while taking pics. We had such a blast taking photos and doing our video interviews with them. They took their time to ask us about our needs and captured the essence of the wedding in a way that we can feel the vibe when we look at the photos. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they didn’t interview some key members of our family for the video interview, and then didn’t include a lot of the interviews they did do, in the final video. Communicating with the manager about this has been difficult and while I understand their defense about centering us and not being obligated to interview everyone, it doesn’t make sense to offer a half finished product that doesn’t include voices important to us. In any case, we did love our final photos and video and appreciate the quick turnaround as well. Thank you to the whole team for making our wedding so memorable!

Picsurely were easily one of the best decisions we made regarding the wedding. They were professional throughout and the photos and videos were incredible, so natural and candid and so beautiful. The team behind Aakash and Tariq made sure that we were calm and collected on our wedding day and that the smile never left our face. They were like a second skin throughout all the events but always made sure they never got in the way of our guests. They really listened to what we wanted from our videos and photos and captured every perfect moment! Could not recommend highly enough for both our wedding and pre-wedding shoots!
