We had signed up with Pinq Bangalore for five events, and initially, the experience seemed promising. On day one, we were given a consolidated budget for all the functions, which we aligned to. However, once the designs were shared with the production team, it became evident that the actual costs of execution were far higher than the initial budget shared with us. During the discussion to resolve this mismatch, the designer left the meeting midway, despite having already taken 60% of the advance payment. It was a disappointing experience overall. I would advise others to be cautious and ensure complete cost transparency before finalizing anything with them
