Extremely poor service and unresponsive. Every event different photographers were sent and there was no proper communication and connect with the photographers. We did not get our traditional and candid videos and some photos as well, even after one year of wedding. On calling multiple times and multiple follow ups, we were then informed that the hard disk with photos and videos was corrupted. How could someone not have a backup? And not be informed of this for over a year? Finally we did not get the wedding videos at all. I wouldn’t recommend Pixas if you’re looking for professional service.
