Pixfinder Studio

We booked pixfinder for our wedding. Please don't book them if you don't want to ruin your special event. Mr. Saurabh made all false promises. After talking to him we thought they are going to do great work but to our surprise he actually hires freelancers for your photoshoot. He asked for 90% payment 1 months before the wedding itself. Then on the wedding day i had to wait for an hour for my photographer to come for bridal shoot. And worst part is when pictures they were pathetic and when I asked him why is it so his reply was everything cab be taken care in editing. I don't know what editing he was talking about because after editing when i asked him that i can still see my maangtika not in place then he was like this cannot be fixed via editing and i was like seriously!!, dude just couple of days back he told me that can be fixed. And after all this he doesn't even care to pick your calls or respond you on whatsapp. He did such a pathetic editing of video and album i can't even express. It's been more than a year to my marriage and still we haven't received our album, proper edited video and photoframe and this is all after doing the 90% payment beforehand.

Saurav from pix finder is a very irresponsible person he hiers freelancers who do not take responsibility of any of the deliverables I have already paid 95% of the payment and its been 2 years he has not delivered anything and also stopped responding over my calls and chats rather he puts up harshing comments in response very very pathetic experience and will not recommend him to anyone else in the future. Also he was blackmailing us to do the full payment only then he will do the final delivery.

We have been approaching Mr Saurabh Srivastava (the owner of Pixfinder) out since Feb'24 & now the number is switched off since last 30 days & it is a fraud company & owner Mr Saurab is also fraud, he has not yet shared the wedding (wedding was of 30 January) photos & videos. The address mentioned on the website is also fake , we visited the place but no such company exist. We will file a case against him as he has taken the money for wedding photography & ran away! Pls don't him hire for your services

They work as if its their own wedding. Highly professional staff. Amazing coordination on all the events and timely arrival, always reaching 1 hr before. Their way of making you pose is very professional. The team captured all the candid moments. The best part- one doesn't need to keep checking on them so that they don't leave early, they leave only when nobody remains in the premises

The memories are quite fresh, it's just been a year but I really enjoyed the experience of having Pixfinder and team to take care of our arrangements for the wedding. Everything from A to Z was quite nicely taken care of
