Most horrible experiences. She took two appointments within short time span, she came late by half and hour and got my entire makeup done in utter rush while repeating at her assistant to hurry up. My hair do was a real mess. Not only it was loose and constant very heavy feeling on my head but it collapsed while I was seating at vidhi. Gajras fall Down and hairs literally came out. People had to fix it up in between the on going pooja it was such and embarrassment. My mangtika was not arranged in center and it kept sliding all the time to left and right. I was nothing but HIGHLY UNCOMFORTABLE with all the makeup and hairs and jewellery constantly. She charged me 1000bucks for grooms touch up she got done in 5 minutes on the go while leaving. I had to cancel on siders makeup because she was simply rushing and she was not doing her job with interest. Then she nagged me for making payment while I was running late for vidhi. She also added 300 extra travelling charges on last minute and kept saying it was too far away for her, these were not discussed before. She never mentioned the traveling charges and just bcz I was in rush she totally took the advantage of situation by charging me unreasonably. She did not even provide a simple bindi. One of the spider my sister in law kept asking for bindi Pooja and her assistant kept silent and said they don't have bindi. Only when pooja needed photos of mine for her page and I did not have bindi,she unpacked her bag and gave me one bindi.... What a mentality. I felt furious, looted and cheated. She ruined it completely on my special day by all the way she could. Dont hire her if you want someone to keep up with your emotional ride on your wedding day hire her if you want a dry, dull, horrific low barred, highly unprofessional money minded experience for any reasons.

Pooja is truly amazing. She is super sweet and very talented. She did my 5 makeups for haldi sangeet prewedding, wedding and engagement. All looks were amazing and make-up and it came out exactly as I imagined! She understands a person’s unique features and works her magic. She was super professional and understood everything I said as to what I wanted. She even finished the makeup before the expected time. Highly recommend !!
