If I could give negative ratings, I absolutely would. She cancelled just 4 days before my friend’s wedding with no valid explanation whatsoever. Completely unprofessional, zero communication, and downright unacceptable behaviour. Total disaster — avoid in any way possible

My friend booked her 3 months in advance, but just a few days before the wedding the artist cancelled because she got another bride within Pune. Despite taking an advance and my friend regularly following up once a week for a month, the owner blocked her everywhere. Brides to be, please be careful I’ve seen my friend panic and struggle last minute to find a makeup artist. Don’t go through the same traumatic experience.

Worst experience ever. This makeup artist canceled my sister’s booking just 4 days before the event, leaving us completely stranded. Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. We had everything planned, and she backed out last minute with no real solution. Definitely would NOT recommend to anyone looking for dependable service.

Cancelling on a bride 4 days prior to her wedding without any notice is the worst that any MUA can do. Despite having 5+ years of experience with brides you decided that this is the best that you can do. I have called you every single week since last month, you responded rarely to the calls. Telling me that you already have an appointment which is recent request from another bride because of which you cannot make it to my appointment on time is pure unprofessional behaviour. I did not expect this from you. Telling me 4 days prior to my wedding that the booking is not confirmed because the other bride has met you in person is just not justified. I had the worst experience till date. You seemed very good with your profession. But anyway seems like talent alone doesn’t justify morality. I hope you don’t spoil any other brides day.

Prerna was extremely patient and supportive for all my wedding looks. She gave me 5 different looks- Engagement, Haldi, Sangeet, Wedding and reception and all of them were amazing. I was in US and came to India just a month ago before my wedding but I spoke to her on phone before coming to India and she understood everything perfectly. She helped me a lot in picking my wedding jewelry and deciding my wedding looks. She made me feel like a princess in all the looks, definitely recommend her for any makeup occasions:) Everyone loved my looks specially sangeet!!

If you want to get stressed on your main day please go for her. Her makeup skills are good but good lord no one should be stressed on her wedding day. Always late for venue, her anger and mood swings are on another level. Very unprofessional. Charges very hefty for local transportation stating cab charges and increases the cost after the makeup is done though

Worst makeup artist experience ever and the co artists are the most pathetic one. Spoiled the whole make and hair style and the mood also. No coordination at all. And no manners too, can just open anyone's gift package and start eating without even asking ?

Prerna Bhagia as the name says an inspiration. She is extremely talented and very professional in her work.Prerna is full of positive aura and she makes around a magical presence by doing hair styles and makeup all herself like a magician all in one.It amazed me always seeing her as her client comes in and she know what her client wants, even though if she just see the picture.You made all the women so stunning to look at them with such a glow.I would highly recommend every bride to hire you if they really want to feel how to be like the princess. Prerna is great instructor as well with lots of patience and an ocean of knowledge about makeup. She is a great Mentor and every lesson and tips she gave me are well noted.I make the best decision to get classes from her and loved a journey on how she turns the brides so gorgeous with so much elegance and flawless makeup.

Prerna was one of the makeup artist for my sister's wedding. So that was the day where prerna was always on my mind for bridal makeup. My wedding was in February ,i got engaged in the month of April so in the month of may i had booked prerna for my bridal makeup, i was pretty sure she won't be available if i was too late. She gave three superb bridal different look. My cocktail look, my wedding and reception look which were really different and made me look stunning on my D-Day .She gave me complete stunning jewellery collection which perfectly went with my outfit. I had convey my desired looks for particular event ,she turned out to be perfectly amazing with her skills and made it look to the point. She was really helpful through out day. Thankyou so much prerna for making my day. Everytime i go through my wedding pictures they make me feel superior.

I had 15 days to plan my wedding and I happened to reach out to Prerna for my make-up praying she is not booked on my big day. I phoned her & got to know she is available. I think with the very little time to plan my wedding, I made the right choice of booking her over others as her artistry did all the talking. Her vision in using the products to choosing the shades is commendable. She is very calm, punctual & positive who also makes sure the bride is in her comfort zone throughout. I will always recommend Prerna to my dear one’s. I am certain she believes in upgrading her skills to make more & more brides look pretty on their wedding day.
