Jaspreet and his team were simply amazing let it be makeup or being humble or helpful related to makeup. They did an awesome job for me and my mom. Apart from that they also did my cousins touch ups and hairstyle and that too without any hesitation. The best team for makeup definitely.

I booked them for my 15 guests, after being referred by one of my friend Kavita, she is Delhi based partyholic and often gets ready by PrettifyME. The wedding was at Heritage Resort Manesar, a 3 days affair. I was in touch with Mr Jaspreet who ensured that the team was on time and fully loaded with ideas and creativity. The second day we started late by 3 hours, coz of our functions but the team listened patiently and even helped us in sorting out few things. I booked them from 18-20th feb for my sister and mom’s hair and make up. However, they had pathetic service- the mua and hairstylist turned up without make up and hair products. She ended up using my sister’s collection of make up and our home hair dryer etc. despite not even using her own products- she had no skill and my sister was thoroughly unhappy with the look. At the end of the service- the mua argued wanting full payment not even knowing that an an advance had been paid to her manager/owner of the company. What’s more is that In that meeting itself we told them not to come for the next day event- this also was not conveyed to the owner as the next day we had a mua and hair stylist at our doorstep? Then due to the short notice we had no one to do hair and make up for my sister on the wedding day (3rd day)- so we decided to request the company to at least send a hair dresser and my sister will do her own make up. The owner didn’t know our side even of what had happened but eventually agreed to send someone. She did a mediocre job but was friendly and patient at the very least. It’s sad that there is no coordination between the team and the management- but what can you really expect it a mua comes without make up?

My experience with Prettify Me was quite hit and miss. Everything turned out great because the two artists were really great and accommodating but the owner Jaspreet was not very professional and kind of rude in his dealings with me post the money transfer. They do not send you artist details or even travel details till the very last minute so you can't really discuss ideas before hand (maybe unless you take the trial - which i couldn't since their head office is in Delhi and I'm from Indore) and also cannot pre make the travel and accommodation arrangements because they don't even tell you an approximate time or even the gender of the artists. In the quotation the owner agreed to slight touch ups between functions on the same day but had actually booked return of the artist after my reception and before the pheras! It was not till I showed him the text exchange (ladies always keep those - they are like a written contract. Even tell them to send email confirmation of telephone conversation) that he got the tickets post poned. At the last minute that was too much stress. Would recommend the artists - the company not so much. Still if you wish to proceed make sure you have everything in written form and also clarify it with the owner before hand for no last minute shocks like I had.

One word for team PrettifyME is that they treat bride as their family member and pamper them as same. We bookedthem for our sister's wedding back in October. Now we have booked them again for my wedding. Thank You team.

When you hire a vendor for wedding you do a bit of research and take suggestions from your friends. I am not the person who takes on advices seriously if the thing is for my personal use. When my mate wanted to book her artist I was in Delhi and took a trial from Team PrettifyME. Since we didn't want any loud colours or makeup the artist patiently listened to us and gave us the exact look in 20 mins. <br /> On the wedding day since our other family members started liking the makeup so much that we had to call more artist from them.<br /> Fortunately a big team if 7 ppl arrived in an hour and handled all massi n buas'.<br /> Very happy with the service and professionalism that they have shown.<br /> Best wishes to the team.
