Quite Unprofessional They have taken three weeks to send their quotation. And there is no flexibility. Either you accept what is given or you do not. You cannot suggest your changes. Too costly and too stubborn. Everytime each detail of the event had to be explained to different people in the team. No coordination at all.

We hired procreate events for my sisters sangeet and wedding ceremony. A special mention to the most hardworking man SUNNY..your expertise and creative flair is second to none, its clear to see that you love what you do, i can literally articulate what i wanted from you and without even seeing an example you came up with the exact thing i was looking for....U r a rockstar at what you do brother....We were so beyond impressed at how you people thought of everything and took care of every little detail..... Thanks to viren ankit vishesh and team as well. We just loved the professionalism and hardwork procreate events has put in to make our event look so grand and stylish....KUDOS to you all. Hands down, Procreate Events made our wedding a roaring success! Never before in Surat had an eco-friendly, conscious wedding been executed but thanks to Parva, Jasmi, and team for helping us create this unique experience for all of our guests. The décor was amazing, the suggestions that they offered for other vendors and artists were just according to our taste and they were always willing to work with our budget and ideas. Quickly, the planning squad became like family. I contacted other wedding planners before deciding to work with them and found them to be the best event planners in Surat. However, I would share some constructive feedback for future projects: The organization and management was missing continuity in that a lot of meetings could be avoided through better note-keeping. I had to personally follow up and repeat on action items and to-do lists very often. A template or some kind of Google Doc for hospitality lists and information for out-of-town guests as well as invitation lists would have been very helpful for all of us as I had to create everything from scratch. More technological software tools can be implemented for a better client experience like graphical/visual venue and wedding plan layouts, task creation and follow up, action items, to-do lists, etc. A lot of last-minute planning and details should have been worked out in the five months before the wedding since we had been working together. They are a bit on the pricier side, but are well worth it. I understand that wedding planning is no easy task, and that being said, I applaud the Procreate team for all their help with our successful wedding and for making life very easy during the stressful times of event planning. I was able to fully relax and enjoy during our events thanks to the extra-ordinary efforts of Procreate Events and I am happy to recommend them without hesitation for anybody considering their services. I will also contact them for any future events. Thank you again, team Procreate!!
