Please don’t fall for any of these reviews. It’s very clear that she is writing them herself and using other photos stolen from the internet. None of these reviews are real. This is a scam artist!! She responds immediately when you pay her a deposit to make an outfit and then she always says 4-5 weeks. Don’t fall for this! Once she takes your deposit, months will go by. MONTHS. She will reply here and there with an excuse but then completely ignore your messages. She is just trying to make money and scam people. And then the lies and excuses, sometimes it’s one thing then it’s another. How is it that something that should’ve taken 4 to 5 weeks takes almost a year to get made. And it’s not even bridal outfits. It’s simple outfits. You work with any other vendor and it’s so easy. This one is a complete scam artist I don’t even think it’s a real business. She’s just out here scamming people do not fall for it!!! She will take your money and ghost you, never reply and just keep your money.

I placed an order for suits with her exactly one year ago and paid an advance of 20,000 rupees. Initially, I was told that I would receive my order within 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, she claimed that she was pregnant, which caused a delay. To keep it brief, there were always excuses, and in the end, she stopped responding to messages altogether. She rarely answers phone calls either. I have proof of payment, all chat conversations as screenshots, as well as her husband’s bank details and Aadhaar card as evidence. At this point, she has become very rude and completely stopped responding. I strongly advise against ordering from her as she is simply scamming people.

WORST EXPERIENCE!It’s close to one year nearly she has not made what I order at first and want me to accept it how she did it which I refused order vvantis green lehanga. Went to India in April touch based said outfit is ready for pick up punjabi bridal stitch craft totally refused to provide address message her so many times called which never got answered . Close to one year she has still not returned my money. Have order in pay from other boutiques never had any issue but this one was the worst experience of my shopping

The boutique has amazing collection of suits and other traditional outfits. I just love the work and designs . Most importantly quality is too good.

Kulwinder Nagra is a great designer who loves her work. She is very humble and sweet. I loved working with her. She designed my beautiful bridal suit and I was overwhelmed with compliments. I sent her the exact measurements but the suit was a bit loose (I loose a bit of weight before my wedding as well). An another suit designed by a different designer with the same measurements was perfect. In overall my experience with Kulwinder Nagra didi was really great. I can highly recommend her. She will definitely design a great outfit for you.

Genuinely a pleasant experience. I have never had any issues with them, however defiantly stay in communication with Geet who is the owner. She is competent and doesn’t beat around the bush either. We order from London many times a year and I only like dealing with her.

I wish i can give this boutique ZERO star Its great that others had good experience but for me it was the worst ever experience i ever had The lady i dealt with is rude and arrogant and never accepts her mistakes Firstly she delayed my package and didnot send on time Secondly i ordered a different color and she just gave me a different suit with cheap stuff When i called her she kept disconnecting my phone and then she blocked me from everywhere I tried to post comments on her Instagram but she deletes all negative comments not only mine but also other people's negative comments .and then she blocks the person My only issue with her she didn't have the courtesy to come forward and say SORRY for her mistake Anyways I would i will never ever recommend such unprofessional boutique to anyone in the world .
