She is not a great artist. I had asked her for an airbrush makeup but she brought HD kit and said that HD is the best, you should get it done. Also she was just in a hurry to finish and go. Did not do my nail paint. Also for my sisters, the make up was cakey and hairs also became normal for them. Initially she had also mentioned that she will put lens in my eyes, and later she did not even bother to do that.

I don't have idea about her makeup so I won't be commenting on it...But I can assure you that she and her finance team are totally money minded people...In this pandemic situation also they just thinking about their business...not ready to cooperate with clients..In my case I had booked her for bridal makeup on 24th May but as we all know the Jharkhand govt rules where only 11 people are allowed in wedding ceremony ...Bcoz of this situation our venue has been changed (outside Ranchi)..So I talked to her for my advance refund but according to her its against their policy...I know advance are not returned but if a person has genuine reason anyone should think about the refund...And she is not even ready to refund atleast 50% of the advance...All they are saying is just that it's against their policy...As I have booked many things for the wedding ceremony including banquet hall, caterer,decorations....everyone is ready for the refund because of the situation ....the situation is not in anyone's control...so everyone is understanding it but what can we do with these money minded people .... If you are paying the advance do check all her policy because after payment whatever you have issues...your money will not be refunded...

I chose Purva for my bridal makeup and my sister's makeup on 26th Feb through Wed me good. I would not say she ruined my day. She did her job well but then there were certain things that should not have happened. My venue was 100 Kms from Ranchi and she was well aware of it and asked me extra convenience fee for the distance to which I agreed. But then she had her own set of tantrums. I told her that she could come as early as possible so that she could leave early(safety concerns). She came as per her convenience but then she was in a constant rush to leave which was not something you expect on your D day. Next, her husband came along with her and assisted her while she was doing my makeup. That was nice of him but then everybody is not comfortable wearing a choli without a dupatta infront of someone from the opposite sex. That was awkward and embarrassing. I asked her if she could ask him to wait outside but she denied saying she needed his assistance. Coming to my makeup, I could see the lipstick peeling off even before she had finished my makeup. When I mentioned it, she dabbed some more on top of the peeling heap and assured me it won't fade. I wish it didn't. But within half an hour of her rushing out from the venue, the lipstick not only came off in layers but also got smeared on my teeth. Luckily my sister had a lipstick of the shade that matched somewhat with the one Purva used and it came to my rescue. I had to remove all the layers of the flaky lipstick and redo it. The photographers meanwhile dint stop clicking and now I have funny and weird photos with lipstick smeared on my teeth.??

Such a patient lady she is. I was a total always late and please hurry bride on my wedding day but she giving her full dedication and patience to me made me look like my dream look on my wedding day. She will listen all about your dreamy look and will give a 100% to make it come true.

Hi just wanted to share my experience with Purva makeovers.. I was in Jamshedpur booked this makeup artist called Purva makeovers through Wedmegood .. i must say my experience was really bad with her I had paid her in advance and the way she was behaving and talking was damn rude The makeup products that she used was not that great despite of paying her 14000 which is a huge amount for just engagement look.. The red lipstick she used literally came out before even reaching the venue.. the quality was not at all great Also my hair started to come out , as she had made a bun for me while i was bending down to touch our elders feet my hair started falling off from the bun.. I had to keep fixing it 10 times, every time i was bending, it kept coming out. Worst makeup experience felt like my biggest day has ruined because of this makeup The moment she entered my room in the beginning her mood was pissed because of her personal reasons which she obviously removed on my makeup Not at all professional doesn’t talk properly Purva is very rude and arrogant Would not recommend anyone to visit her if it’s your big day :( :(
