I had a terrible experience. It's been 5 years I did not get one album yet and Santosh took full amount. Now he is not responding calls and blocked out number also. Please don't book for your special day with such a pathetic person.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience I had a terrible experience with RDX Photography, owned by Santosh Jena. The service was highly unprofessional from start to finish. Despite multiple follow-ups, the delivery was extremely delayed. When we finally received the photos and videos, they were of very poor quality, terrible videography and pathetic editing of the final video. It was nowhere near what was promised. Complaints were ignored, and there was zero accountability. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and quality photography.

I got married 1 year 3 months back. And I booked them for marriage and reception. I still haven't got both albums. They keep telling me that they ll do in 1 week. I kept waiting and now they not not responding. I choose 400 pics and gave them, I even asked them to give me the pd in which the pics r there which I choose so that I could do the album for myself and Dey didn't even gave me that much. Noone picking up call, no response on social media and whatsapp. Worst experience ever.

RDX photographers are fun to work with! They are extremely talented and are thorough in making sure every detail of your big day is accounted for. As for me, it was so helpful to have a vendor that was so easy to work with. In short they are a great choice for your special day.
