Worst experience ever. Staff and manager is so rude and egoistic. Let me give a detail review. Bought lehenga for my reception for 50k on 1st sept. Changes i asked for was to extend sleeves length and blouse length. They said it will be ready till 20 oct. After confirming fir three times i went from kalyan to thane on 20th oct but they said everything is ready except blouse because they have to work on sleeves as per my demand and make it long. Everything was handmade so it will take time. Then after few days they delivered me a short blouse. Sleeves and blouse length were short as per the given measurements. Upon complaining they extended the sleeves by adding cheap work which was not even matching with the whole lehenga work. But they did to just sell it to me. After so many arguments and quarrels they did another addition work that matched my lehenga. They should have done it before but they were only saving their money and work. They wasted my money and time so much. No proper coordination and tailor dont know how to stitch always the sizs issue. Manager think everyone is a beggar and he owns the shop. WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE CHEAP RAJ GHARANA. Regret buying and investing on them

My best friend bought her bridal lehenga from here! The outfit is nice however their master tailor and store guys have ruined the entire alteration experience. Firstly they charged a whopping 5k extra for alterations! Then they ruined the blouse. They did something else to the blouse that wasn’t even asked for! Just terribleeeee service guys! After 4-5 months my friend had to settle for something cause her function date is nearby! I would not recommend this place to anyone! How much ever Marketing they do on their Instagram or whatever, after all service is the most important right?

Guys they are cheaters. Its my personal experience. I bought something from them last week and the post delivery outfit is worn out. They sell used clothes from fashion events. They are not even ready to refund or exchange.Extremely bad customer service. I wasted my 50k. Y’all don’t please.

Kindly don't fall in their Instagram Sales and Marketing trap. Post shopping experience is the worst. Highly unprofessional team. No follow up or sharing work status or pictures of the product in 2 months. They are simply interested in money. I bought multiple goods worth 60k and paid entire amount in Feb at the store. My delivery date was 10days before D-day in April. Ruined my Lehenga, Blouse, Latkan, Duppatta and my entire experience has being unpleasant and unprofessional. My seller was Manish and PoC was Vijay. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Trust me, it is not worth it with such nuisance lousy work. I regret not buying my wedding lehenga from Kalki Fashion or Chamee and Palak and visiting this store due to my friend's Instagram recommendation. -----Detailed/Long Story----------- a) A minor customization was said on lehenga, latkan. They couldn't do that too . b) same things were mentioned on call and written notes on whatsapp, still couldn't do that basics. c) Even at store, they rush things as if just buy it and leave. d) they show you sample but what is delivered (final pictures shared on 12th April after lot of follow-up) is different from what you saw at time of buying e) No follow up or show of progress of work or customization to customers at all f) gave them in written whatsapp notes, that I need non-padded blouse yet on 12th April, it was not done. They simply removed it that day. Note, later i had to get help with another local tailor. g) almost ruined my first pink dupatta design, by God's grace I caught that on right time on phone call. h) ruined the second peach duppata, delivered a dull brownish shade In March, I called up them to order the second duppatta and asked them to show me picture of first duppatta design.. Luckily for me, i caught the fault in their understanding of the scallop quickly. Otherwise they would have simply given me the wrong one. In April, While the covid cases were on rise and lockdown was underway they didn't bother to call me once. In fact they asked me to come down to store for pick up ? and they wanted me to pay for delivery first. But I said I would arrange the pick up, if they can't deliver and did multiple follow-ups on whatsapp and call because night lockdown was implemented already. They agreed for delivery on 12th April. But they lied to me entire day and didn't dispatch the goods already paid for it because they were worried for their 7k!! I ordered for a second dupatta worth 7k and was ready to pay via Google pay on Sant Singhs' number at the time of delivery, which was that day itself.they can't wait even a day for a minor amount (7k) but took entire amount (60k) 2 months before and couldn't even share work progress with the customer. They didn't deliver my goods for sake of 7k!!! It is not even dispatched and they were chasing 7k ?. Mind you they already had the full payment of 60k in advance for 2 months. Please note, there were other vendors who did home delivery at no extra cost because Covid/lockdown situation in Mumbai (April) of good worth in range of 30k to 2 lakh. 1. Paaneri 2. Caratlane 3. Tanishq 4. Manyavar Imagine the anxiety of the bride who has to delay the date or doesnt know about the lockdown rules changing.And these people on the contrary can't even do basics customer service thing after getting the full payment in advance 2 months before!! It is nerve wrecking. Edit - 1. I followed up on 13th April morning then they dispatched it. Received it on 14th April and lockdown for 2 weeks was announced from day. 2. The Second Dupatta for which 7k payment was such a concern for them ?. They ruined it, rather than Peach color what was delivered a dull brownish shade. 3. The blouse fitting is also not upto the mark. 4. The Belt has a defect - broken flower, visible joint in middle of it. They got their remaining money too via Google Pay, no follow up, response on rectification nothing!
