Although I didn’t have my makeup done by Ralph, I didn’t have a good experience with the initial interaction. I had emailed him requesting for a price quote for the makeup very politely, however it takes atleast two emails to get him to reply. Initially I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he might be very busy or outstation but then this repeated and he wouldn’t answer any questions about the details of the makeup. His reply is only about his availability and quote. I think it’s quite fair to ask questions about additional charges like travel cost or if they would do a small touch up for the 2nd event. And all of my questions were very very polite. All I can say is that it EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL to ghost.

Ralph is so gifted and so seasoned -- even though I was quite picky about makeup, with Ralph I had complete faith in his ability to make me look natural but also waaay more elegant than usual :P I had some strange requests, like replicating Danaerys Targaryen braids and curls from Game of Thrones for my Mehendi, and a bun instead of the traditional South indian braid for the wedding ceremony. His suggestions on what would work best based on my outfits was always on point, and he pulled off all my looks with aplomb. Will be forever grateful! The best part was he was genuinely excited about my final looks which was so nice to see!Source

Based on initial contact alone. I contacted Ralph Daniels on email & instagram hoping to book him for my wedding. I didn't get a response. Assuming that these were not platforms he regularly checked, messaged him on facebook. He got back to me saying he was available on the dates. I followed up asking whether he'd consider pricing me at a package deal as I was requesting several sessions and for many people. He just ended up ghosting me. I still don't know why. Assuming he was busy yet again, I pinged him on his Whatsapp number he'd mentioned in the facebook message. He immediately read the messages and never responded. Thoroughly unprofessional behavior despite me asking him politely if he was interested. If he wasn't interested, I'd have appreciated the honesty rather than being ghosted.

Known Ralph for years already and totally enjoy wearing his art on the face and hair! His work on hair is truly magical. His make up too is flawless and so natural! We hardly had personal references for most events but he knows exactly what to do; more so taking into consideration the outfit and vibe of that particular event. Will choose him over and over for any other events in the future too!Source

I had heard aot about them whilst doing my research and I understood the hype after getting my make up done for my wedding function, they were amazing, I loved the products they used and hygiene they maintained in terms of make up and the process!

I picked Ralph because of his innovative hairstyles and natural look makeup. I had him for the Sangeet, Wedding, and Reception. He did an excellent job with the makeup and hairstyles. He was quick, and makeup didn't feel heavy. Exactly what I wanted. He understood what I was uncomfortable with and altered it accordingly. The only hiccup was the day of the Sangeet I had fallen sick and everything had been delayed. Furthermore, due to health conditions my mother had deteriorated that day. With multiple unforeseen circumstances the whole day had been delayed. Unknown to me Ralph had a party organized at his place that night and had to leave by 630pm (this was popped on me at the last minute while I was dealing with my mom fainting). I had originally booked him for my entire family, but he was only able to do my makeup and had to leave. My sister's hairstyle was done by his assistant, which was not anymore different from what she does at home. I understand the delay was something no one would have predicted, but as a MUA who has been in the business I would expect him to leave buffer for delays. Per our schedule, he had only allotted 2 hours total for a makeup/hair for 3 people. This was the only part there was a falter in professionalism. Otherwise, Ralph did a wonderful job for the wedding and reception. I enjoyed working with him.

I chose Ralph after many days of search over the internet. It's extremely important to have a good MUA on your big day to be stress free. Ralph did an amazing work for both wedding and reception. He is quick with what he does hence it's not tiring to get ready with him. He is professional and makes you comfortable.the make up looks very natural and it feels very easy on skin too.
