Heartbreaking Experience - Unprofessional and Negligent Photographer We deeply regret choosing Real Images Photography to cover our son’s 1st birthday. Due to their irresponsibility and negligence, they lost the video of our son’s special day—precious moments that we planned to cherish for a lifetime. Despite our repeated follow-ups, they failed to upload the video to Google Drive as promised. Later, they casually claimed the video was “lost due to network issues” or “auto-deleted after two months.” However, they never informed us about this so-called policy beforehand, either verbally or in their documents. We can clearly say they lost the video due to their carelessness and are now shifting to us. If they had taken sincere action, this wouldn’t have happened. Unfortunately, since we had made the full payment, they seem to have neglected our case entirely. To make matters worse, when we expressed our frustration, the owner doesn't even have interest talking to us. I strongly urge others to avoid this photographer/studio. Don’t let their unprofessional behavior ruin your memories like they did ours. Choose someone who values your moments and feelings, not just your money.
