The worst designer experience I have had so far. Anyone ordering from here should be aware that you won’t get your outfit until the last minute. You will end up begging and pleading and they will throw an unfinished piece at you that would take hours of alteration. They conveniently ignore phone Calls, you will wait hours on end with no response after you have placed your order with a 50% advance. RIA and RADHIKA, the 2 employees made a fool of me the entire time I was dealing with them. I was supposed to come for fitting on 13th November and every time they would postpone it for the next day. They ruined my birthday by finally fixing my fitting for that day and I had no option but to adhere to their expectations, I had to spend my entire birthday travelling to their place and back. I wasted my entire birthday, telling them about alterations and giving them a week to complete the lehenga only to be told one day before the function that I’ll get my lehenga finished and altered on the day of my function. They slept on my lehenga for the entire week and I was bought to tears as they wouldn’t take my calls and ignored me. With a lot of difficulty we finally got the lehenga one night before function that too with no alterations done and it was in such a poor condition, the straps of my blouse were of different lengths and it took 2 hours of alteration to get them right. I now will be travelling to my venue of function on the day of event because how could I leave without my lehenga? This is what they offer under the banner of a designer, maybe the designer never checks what her employees are doing. If you can’t take risks with your lehenga, I would highly suggest trying some other designer or at least never tell them your honest date for the function or you will be left like me in tears. They give big discounts to influencers to promote them and maybe treat them with some dignity but leave genuine customers terribly heartbroken. Also, my lehengas embroidered pearls keep falling out of my lehenga whenever I try it so I now doubt the quality or maybe it’s just my piece that they have delivered unfinished.

I had an amazing experience with Rianta’s while shopping for my wedding lehenga. I was very nervous to personalize and ship my wedding outfit overseas but the whole process start to finish was seamless - I had an initial FaceTime call with the team to see what’s in store, worked on changing the color / design of an outfit I liked & the team was able to send me a sketch and fabric material so the piece would come to life. This really helped ease my worries about how the outfit would look in general. Even doing measurements was a great process - I had to do no customizations for my lehenga after receiving it! Highly recommend the uniqueness of this brand and the customer service for any brides - especially for overseas brides who can have a tough time finding the perfect outfit.

Me and my husband got our wedding outfits made from them. They were lovely. Everyone loved them. They also customised our names on my lehenga waist belt. Pieces were unique and very different. The designer mixed traditional and modern styles perfectly, giving it a royal feel. They were professional, listened to my ideas, and made sure everything was perfect. The whole experience was smooth, and the lehenga turned out to be a dream come true!

I absolutely loved my dress from Riantas! The team was very accommodating when it came to adjustments and in the end, the dress came out how I wanted and I felt like I received a personalized experience, even as I was abroad and communicated with them via messages / video.

I had a great experience with Rianta’s. I finalized my lehenga and my fiancé’s sherwani over a video call by trusting them and omg both of them were just perfect. Can take wait to wear it at my wedding. Khyati was really helpful during the whole process and i cant thank her and Rianta’s team enough for making my dream bridal lehenga. ♥️. The only issue I had sometimes was managing online video calls due to timezone difference but at the end it all turned out to be ok. :)
